Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

Newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath home just a few blocks from the beach! Perfect for a weekend getaway for the family or even a romantic trip away for two! Short drive to downtown Embarcadero filled with lavish restaurants, charming wine bars and modern pubs with live music! We do have some road work being done in the driveway but it’s drive-able and the owner walks you through the process of coming & going from the property. Catherine's place was perfect! It was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Had all the amenities you would need . Very cute decor, comfortable beds, clean linens. Most of all we enjoyed that it was pet friendly and we were able to take our dog to join us.

This Airbnb met and exceeded all of our expectations! We came for an organization retreat and fully used the property, its amenities, and its ideal location. Would rate this at 11/10 if we could, and would recommend any family or group of friends to book this place as it allowed us to spend meaningful time with each other. Having the beach just steps away was amazing!

We had a great stay at the Cutest Cottage. We were there for my daughter’s tournament at Cal Poly (an easy 20 minute drive) and Dina was extremely helpful at letting us get in a little bit early so my elderly grandmother could lay down between games. We were able to make breakfast both mornings and dinner one night and although we came prepared with all our seasonings and such, the home was fully stocked in the kitchen. The view is amazing from the upstairs balcony and we used the hot tub one evening. The space worked out perfectly for us because there was so much downstairs space and a perfect bedroom downstairs for my grandmother to be able to get around. The only thing we just didn’t have time to take advantage of was the fire pit and seating area in the beautiful front yard. The plants and flowers all around the house are gorgeous. It was a perfect house for the 7 of us who stayed the weekend.

Our first time staying at this house and we will definitely come back! The house is very comfortable, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Labels on the kitchen cabinets made it easy to find and put away cooking items to keep well organized. Short walk to town, the beach and the park for the kids to play. Grandkids also had so much fun having their own room to play air hockey, play games and do puzzles. Julie was great to work with and quick to respond to any of our questions. Looking forward to our next trip to Cayucos and staying at this house.

My adult son and I stayed here for 7 nights on his b.d. week. We enjoyed every minute of it! The two story house was very tidy and clean. It is equipped with everything you possibly need. Living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and a bathroom with a modern shower and king bed on the 2nd floor. The el. fireplace warms up the house. The windows have screens to protect from insects if you want to open a window. Not shown on the photos - electric teapot, K. coffee maker, water filter pitcher. Not shown on the photos - table top fire pit on the front porch Front porch and the steps lights. I was pleasantly surprised to find a gorilla tape I needed to fix a hole in my backpack. Very fast wifi! The yard is perfectly designed and very well kept. Deer and wild turkeys walking on the streets. Laundry and detergent on the back porch. Perfect location! Quiet! Just 3 min.walk to Fiscalini ranch. Then short walk to scenic Bluff trail. 5 min. drive to the downtown. Thank you!

This house is exactly like the pictures and the location like other reviewers have mentioned is great. tons of beach toys and chairs. A little loud for the young ones if they take naps during the day but adults should be fine. we had a backup issue that was addressed within a few hours so no issues there. we damaged some towels unfortunately because we have a 1 year old and owners were understanding. highly recommend this place if you are looking for a large (possibly 1200 sqft) house near the beach that is peaceful.
