Emma was always very quick to answer any questions, her house is stunning, exactly as it looks in the pictures, with fabulous views and in walking distance of beach, harbour, public transport. We will definitely be returning 🫶🏽 Thankyou for hosting us

The lodge is ideally placed for sight-seeing and walking the coastpath as it is close to the A30 (but not so close you can hear the traffic!) so good for getting up and down the north Cornwall coastline. Rachel is a very responsive host, keen to help and ready to answer questions.

Liz's place was exactly as described. spotless and spacious. Waking up viewing the Atlantic ocean brought peace and serenity. The property was perfect for the 8 of us. With two reception rooms some could enjoy the view while others could have some quiet space. The bedrooms were huge and well laid out with lovely king size beds. Hot overlooking the ocean was great. Liz was the perfect host and always on hand if needed. All amenities were available including travel coat and high chair etc. Would stay there again in a heart beat and have indeed booked it again for this summer. 5*

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful, very comfy beds, lots of space, clean and the hot tub is the cherry on the lake - lovely to lie and see the stars in the sky! Falmouth is such a great place - lots going on, fab restaurants and cafes - the local pub down the road has a beautiful deck where you can look out over the river. Heaps to do locally - beautiful coves and beaches- it was our Easter holiday, we had cloudless skies and feel like we’ve had a mini summer holiday, even swam in the sea without wetsuits!

Our stay at Deborah and Martin’s home was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and kind, making us feel completely welcome and at ease. The house itself was beautiful and cozy, with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Overall we had a great stay at Seabreeze as a first family holiday. The location is brilliant and the view is amazing (and the walk back up the hill helps burn off the great food in St Mawes). Amanda was very responsive and everything was very clear.

We loved it. Plent of sitting space in the basement. Beautiful kit hen with plenty of gadgets. Bedrooms comfortable with added bonus of bath robes in double bedrooms. Ground floor pool table was popular with grandchildren.

This was the most incredible stay, we had the most brilliant time. The beach house was gorgeous and well equipped with anything you could possibly need and great quality! The staff were so attentive and thoughtful and the location was incredible. Cannot wait to come back!

We had the most relaxing and peaceful get away at this absolute gem of a find. Lindsey and Kaye are wonderful hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble, even going out of their way to print so thing off for us! The house is stunning and has everything you need and more. The little touches made our stay even more special, such a the glorious hamper with Easter gifts, home made goodies and the most incredible banana bread!! Each room was very spacious, clean and the beds and bedding were really comfy. The hot tub was huge and listening to the birds whilst watching the sunset is a core memory now locked in. The games room was another delight, especially meeting the resident cats and returning swallows to the barn. We had the most amazing time away and we felt very lucky to have shared this little piece of heaven. Thank you Lindsey and Kaye, we hope Dodger enjoys the little treats our dog Mac hid in the garden!

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

We had a fantastic stay at Dave and Debs’ cabin in Cornwall. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The hot tub was s great touch! The location was also perfect, really central for getting out and exploring all the great spots Cornwall has to offer. Dave and Debs were such friendly and welcoming hosts, which made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay - fabulous and peaceful location but still very convenient for heading into Padstow. The accommodation was clean, well-appointed and very cosy! Joseph was very friendly and communications were thorough and clear - check-in was a breeze. The log burner was a welcome addition when there was a chill in the air - we didn't want to leave!

Peace and solitude, just what was required for a relaxing break. Wonderful accommodation, Carrie and Peter have thought of everything. The welcome gift of a traditional cream tea went down a treat. I have no hesitation in recommending this as an ideal base for exploring a lovely part of Cornwall and will definitely return.

Emma’s lovely lodge was exactly like the photos, Beautiful sea view from the patio and upper bedroom balcony, lovely sunrise from the balcony, Lots of lovely walks straight from the entrance of the holiday park Internet speed was great, 5 of us there all with smart devices and also streaming on tv without any issues, Lovely swimming pool & sauna, there’s a gym too but we didn’t use it. Overall we had a lovely break and would highly recommend staying here, if we were to stay in this location again I would definitely look at staying here again.

This was such a lovely holiday, that made us fall in love with Cornwall. It is situated between Perranporth and Newquay giving you access to different beaches with just a short drive. The park is clean and tidy and the home overlooks a valley with a beautiful sunset. The small touches like clean towels, coffee, sugar, milk and tea is amazing. Also not forgetting a little treat for the fur babies. For the wetter days there is a lovely selection of dvd's and a puzzle to keep the family entertained. Tina was an amazing host who responded to all our questions proactively. It was an amazing stay and can't wait to come again. Not forgetting the lovely jacuzzi to wind down in. Thank you Tina

Loved our stay here. It’s very peaceful and remote. The lodge was a good size and was cozy. The hot tub is a nice added touch. The surroundings are good if you’re taking dogs. The only issue I had is that I took two small dogs and they were able to get through the foliage that secures the balcony area. Overall was a lovely place to stay on our first trip to Cornwall and would stay again 😌
