We spent 4 days at this place and was really satisfied with our stay. The flat matched with photos and description. It is on the front line of the beach and there are a lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thx for all;)

During our month-long stay, host Viet's quick response made it easy. The surroundings of the Champ island were well decorated, so it was good to stay.

Nice apartment. Simple enough, but it has all that is necessary. Cleaning and changing linens were made upon request. Very responsive Ting, it was pleasant to communicate with. Several times I called a taxi to the airport (and from the airport) for me and my friends, for which I am very grateful to him, because it is much more profitable than taking it on the spot, and more comfortable when they are waiting for you. Close by the beach and plenty to do around the area.

It’s nice place with beautiful scenery in front of house. A little far from center but easy to grab local cuisine nearby. Just takes 5min to walk to the closed beach.

The room is very clean, the furniture is very new, the house is new and clean Close to the center, walkable Close to supermarket and new Xom market My group is very satisfied because it is too clean and full of cooking utensils This experience is great, next time I have a chance to come to Nha Trang, I will continue to book here because I like and like it. It was the best place to stay, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful outside of the noisy and hectic downtown. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is not good and the voice rings a little inside the house.

Very cool villa. Everything is very clean, neat. The house has everything you need for living. There was no noise, calm and quiet. The pool is great, clean water and comfortable temperature. The host is very attentive, responsive, friendly is always available, will help and tell you what you need. When we arrived, we warmed up the coals for the barbecue in advance. It was very nice to get a cake for my birthday, I did not talk about the birthday, the host himself noticed in the passports. It was very nice, the cake is super delicious) We'd love to come back!

Clean, spacious. Private recreation is possible

2nd floor 2br apartment worked great for us. Be sure to read the beautiful and meticulously detailed PDF file the host shares. One room has an en suite bathroom with a tub, the other has a private bathroom but requires stepping into the hallway which wasn't an inconvenience for me. My elderly friend took the bigger room, and opened all the windows instead of using his AC unit. I can't sleep with hot air, so i was glad to be in a separate cold cave. The kitchen is on the back porch, remarkably private despite buildings jammed all together. We had one heavy rainstorm with some wind and got some spray on us as we ate at the deck table, which felt nice. The beach is two blocks away, plus crossing a busy avenue, and i went for a night swim in a buoy-marked area as i assumed it might have netting to keep out jellyfish etc. Nearby restaurants besides Vietnamese: Korean, Chinese, Italian, Armenian, Tex Mex, Russian, Ukranian... try the pancakes w/lox 1.5 blocks away in a quiet alley!

All good. The location is nice, the apartment is spacious with a sea view. There are cafes and groceries nearby but the location is peaceful and quiet and close to the mountains. The host is welcoming.

We stayed for 5 nights at Dao’s place. The place has a truly amazing view of town and the coastline. It had everything we required. I saw on some reviews of the building that the elevators could be an issue. This was not the case for us at all. Everything worked as it should. It is a 90-100k grab ride to get to downtown Nha Trang. If you’re willing though you can get a scooter around the corner for 110k per day. Overall we were happy with the place.

It was located in the city center, so it was easy to get anywhere, and I had a very comfortable stay with my parents for two days!

It was a great stay! The apartment looks just as pictured! Huy was extremely helpful and accommodating and fast to reply. The view is beautiful especially for the sunrise. The walls are soundproof and no noise coming from outside. The studio is spacious and brand new. I stayed there for over a month and would stay longer if it was available. Thank you!
