A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

We stayed here for a month and by the end of the month it felt like home. All the necessities for a long term stay were there: A/C, washer and dryer, kitchen with a decent variety of cookware. The building itself is nice and full of families. The building staff are all also friendly, kind, and helpful. Communication with Phuong was easy and responsive. Though, after getting settled in we didn't have any need to reach out as we had everything we needed. Hoping to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh

The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony offering a great view. Located in a charming neighborhood with a shopping mall nearby, it was both convenient and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

a very nice apartment and great surrounding for long stay if you come for work. if you come for tourism , it's very far from District 1.

Great area to stay very clean and quite.If you don't have transport it is expensive and far to get to the city

Bien Hoa isn't quickly reached but we met a friend who lived in the building. The location is excellent- quiet and not on busy roads. There's two ladies in a park right outside who rent go-karts to kids from 6 pm. It's a lovely apartment with everything you need.
