House vacation rentals in Calvià

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

What a beautiful home! The short walk to the beach was worth every penny - absolutely stunning views. We had everything we needed and appreciated our communicative hosts! We were only bummed to learn that “hot tub” meant a bath tub, nothing outdoors. Otherwise, this house had everything we needed for our party of 8 :)

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We celebrated my 30th birthday at the finca and had an unforgettable time. The house and property are even more beautiful than in the photos, the view is a dream! I would book this place again at any time and have also recommended it several times in my friend and circle of acquaintances ❤️ The inflatable pool toys were broken and we disposed of them, for that we left our swimming rings and air mattresses for the next guests:))

What a lovely villa, spacious, and everything we needed. Loved that 8 separate beds as we were a group of friends celebrating my 60th. Jaime had notified us of builders next door beforehand so not an issue, actually advantageous in carrying one of our group who broke her foot whilst away. I contacted Jaime to recommend a hospital but he insisted on coming to collect us, taking us to hospital and lending us a pair of crutches. We were able to walk to most places but also used Uber to get around. Thoroughly recommend and would love to revisit.

Thank you for this week, we were in the countryside, quiet and the accommodation was well equipped while remaining authentic.

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish and decorated with a lot of love for detail, there were even oranges on the dining table, a bottle of cava in the fridge and a fresh bouquet of flowers in the living room. The location is great, the pool a dream and the kitchen excellently equipped - it really had everything you need. A special thank you to the incredibly nice hosts - Francesca & Juan - super friendly, committed and with excellent communication. Great place to start cycling trips. Everything is as in the pictures. We can recommend this place. The wifi is not that good though.

We wanted to enjoy our late summer in Mallorca, close to the beach near Palma. The house was really very nice. Despite some hotel balconies, the outdoor area was very nice and cozy as it is built above the garage. We felt very safe, but still present. The house was tastefully clean! The amenities such as washing machine or the large kitchen are also very good! We would come back anytime. The shop can be reached in 12 minutes on foot, the beach in 5 minutes. Restaurants can also be reached quickly and the evening beer is also a maximum of 15 minutes walk away :). We travelled with 4 young kids and the house was a great location for us - 10 min walking distance to restaurants, bus stop, beaches. But at the same time secluded from the busy parts of Cala D’or. There is a supermarket within a 5 min walk which is handy when you need to constantly buy essentials for kids. You can hop on a bus and go to other parts of Mallorca fairly easily. Eva was extremely responsive to all queries. We had an issue with the pool but this was resolved within 10 mins! We specifically chose this place as the pool is suitable for kids with a shallow and deep end with all amenities provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay Eva!

We had a great trip to Mallorca and this home met all the needs for our family. We were grateful for quick response when we ran into a few issues. The location allowed great access to beaches and bike paths.

We stayed at Miguel’s property for a girls trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better space! Migeul was very communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself was picturesque, and is a walkable distance from the main part of Sòller. The parking onsite was also very convenient as we did not have to worry about finding a parking spot after any day trips. I’d see myself staying here agin on future trips to Sòller.

Our stay in this house was excellent. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has no lack of detail: from kitchen utensils to everyday essentials, everything was available. The rooms are spacious, nice, and each has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The area is quiet but well connected, ideal for resting without being far from the main points of interest. Communication with the host was quick and very smooth at all times. Also, they were very flexible with the times, allowing us to get in earlier and check out later, which was very much appreciated. As a point of improvement, the water pressure was a little low and the shower was slow to warm up. In general, we highly recommend this house and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay here! The home is beautiful and very clean. Perfect location walkable to the restaurants/bars, beaches, and port. Right in the action but also did not hear any noise at night to disrupt our rest. The garden and rooftop terraces are amazing to have space to relax outside. Phaeton was an excellent host and very helpful for check in / out and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Booked this for our first family holiday together for 20 years to celebrate my retirement. We wanted space to sit together and eat/chat as well as being able to escape for some privacy. S’hort Secret offered all of this and more with every couple able to have access to a private bathroom and plenty of space. The garden was beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out for breakfast during our visit. The kitchen was the hub of our holiday and was big enough for all 6 adults to use at the same time which made mealtimes and prep a gloriously sociable affair. The property was just 5 minutes walk from the busy square but in a peaceful location. Local transportation was close by and the sound of the tram passing by was a highlight of our stay. The pictures do not do this property justice and we cannot recommend it highly enough (it is difficult to get 6 adults to agree so wholeheartedly). It was the best place to celebrate. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful finca. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but that didn't bother us very much. The sea and various nice places are easily accessible by car. Our flight was not until 7 PM and we were allowed to stay in the finca until our departure to the airport, so we had a very relaxed departure day. We will be happy to come back!
