Vacation rentals with a patio in Caloundra West

This is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in Australia. It was extremely clean. The level of privacy was amazing!it was my birthday and had the best time! Thank you Martin for a memorable stay. We will be back soon! ❤️

Nigel and Jos place at Mooloolaba was in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything you could want. The facilities were fantastic and the apartment had everything you may need to cook at home as well as do your own laundry. We had a fantastic time and hope to return again soon.

Walking distance to the shops, and cotton tree beach. The beds were nice and comfy, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony

We had a fabulous weeks stay at Sam’s Place. Communication was excellent. The home has everything you might need for a visit to the Sunshine Coast . The lawns were freshly mowed and the pool cleaned on the morning of our arrival. Thank you for allowing us to check in early and for sharing your accommodation with us.

The best host ever! Rads is a beautiful soul. Very responsive, happy and helpful host. The property was immaculately cleaned.

My partner and I had a great 5 night stay at Manny’s apartment. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place with a nice pool and proximity to the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the pool and you can be on the apartment balcony and feel like you are poolside. The apartment was clean and homely and had everything we needed. Air con excellent. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen is a little tired but this was not an issue for us. Thank you Manny and team.

The place was beautiful and homey and had everything you need, bed was quite hard but other than that it was perfect, exactly like the photos, great privacy and great host. Definitely would stay again.

A faultless stay. A stylish and spacious property, much bigger than on photos. Fully equipped house, especially the kitchen. Enjoyed the pool, spa, pool table, Kayaks, bbq ect. Well maintained and professionally managed. Extremely friendly and responsive hosts. 5 stars from us and highly recommend.

We had the most peaceful stay at Jo’s. Nestled among the trees, being woken to the sound of birdsong was exactly what we needed… if we could stay forever we would! Both Jo and Lucy were such kind and accommodating hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, during a really challenging time for us. We couldn’t recommend Jo’s place higher!

It’s a really easy place to stay, great location, a few minutes easy walk to the beach and cafes. The house is spacious, light and airy, clean, everything works properly, and communication is prompt, clear, straightforward and kind. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, linen is good, lots of kitchen equipment, just a good and easy overall place to stay, and good value.

Rita, Is a lovely host. Her house has amazing view. She offered me to stay for free for another night. No one does it. Would love to comeback. 10 star for her⭐️

The house is beautiful and very clean, all the beds were super comfortable. Short drive from the beach and great restaurants. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. We had 3 kids with us and the extra things in the home for kids was amazing and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again

I was on an annual work trip and in need of a longer term base, Fourth Ave Caloundra was excellent for this purpose. The property had everything you could possibly need. And it was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully presented. Clean and comfy. Wonderful neighbours in Unit 1 who helped with anything I needed during my stay. I felt safe and secure there. The accommodation was very highly priced so I had to move locations when school holidays came along again, but all in all it was a lovely Sunny Coast chapter in Caloundra and I am very grateful to have had the experience.

Great location in Maroochydore. Water view and directly across the road from the Maroochy RSL. Big and new apartment with a great balcony. Would stay here again.

Wendy and her husband are the best airbnb hosts we have ever had. They went the extra mile to make us feel right at home and provided us with excellent recommendations for the area. The house and location is absolutely incredible and very well kept, we would recommend as a place to stay for anyone😊

Gorgeous spot to relax and get out and adventure also. Great location. Beautiful view's. Handy to things close by. Great walking distance to beach, comfy beds. Best way to end the day was to sit with a wine in arvos looking at water from the balcony. Definitely recommend.

Very nicely presented and sizeable space for a few days stay. Clean and well equiped. Quick beach access. As mentioned in description there was some construction noise, but not too much on weekend.

Many thanks Terry, we had a great time, my daughters wanted to stay longer, we had everything that we needed very close by and the house was very comfortable, clean and had everything in the kitchen, laundry, aircon, BBQ and garage. 100% recommended for a family of 4.

Straight across from the park which leads to the beach, directly above a great cafe with awesome coffee and the home itself was perfect for our family of 4. Really great apartment close to beach and restaurants. Kitchen had everything you would need. Melissa was really helpful when we lost the key!

Easy to check in, Gus was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. We had a lovely stay and the location is incredible - close to surf patrol beach, surf club, lots of coffee shops and incredible restaurants. Thank you Gus!
