Great location. Wonderful recommendations. Picturesque views. The location was absolutely brilliant with the beach, restaurants and cafes only 2 walking minutes. Pat also gave us countless recommendations of wonderful restaurants and things to do which shows that he really cares and makes sure the bookers have a great time. He also gave us clear instructions about the check-in and check-out process which made the process a breeze. Lastly, the view was simply breathtaking, just as described, with pretty much a 360 degree view from the rooftop. Overall a memorable experience. Will definitely be back again.

This is a lovely, clean home in a great location, with an easy, shady walk to cafes and beach. It also has the added bonus of being dog friendly. We'll be back!

Quiet and peaceful. We had a family holiday with 3 couples. Brought our own food so not sure about the surrounding restaurants. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own corner and read a book and also for everyone to come together and play games or eat. Great amenities in the kitchen and soft cozy lounge. Overall everyone was really impressed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Lovely townhouse, private, beautiful pool, easy access to Peregian and the shops, restuarants and cafes. Will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for a holiday with the family. Beach was right across the road, which is where we spent most of our time. Beach was perfect for young kids, with no waves as is was on the river. It was only a short walk to restaurants.!!House was clean and had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved our stay as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Dave was a great host! We needed to get in early just to enjoy our day more and he arranged everything for making it possible. The apartment is just close to everything so the perfect place to stay for an easy holiday. Will definitely stay here again!

A cracking apartment which is part of a resort, so there’s access to all the resort facilities; pool, gym etc which we made the most of. Sea views - very spacious, well equipped. Main bed and communal space has aircon but the two guest bedrooms don’t but they do have fans. Two very large bathrooms and generally a large space to relax with large wrap around balconies. In the heart of the area with grocery and bottle shops downstairs plus many bars and restaurants and just across the road from the beach. Overall - an excellent place

I booked Zachary's place for my wife's birthday 2 days before we checked in and I'm grateful for Zach for accepting my last minute request and offering the best with the little time he was given. My wife and I enjoyed the movie theatre. We had a good competition at the pool table with a cute little bar area. The view is so beautiful, and we had the best hangout on the outside balcony looking down at the beach especially at night time. We enjoyed the beach, but the best was coming back to Zach's outdoor swimming pool for a picnic. The whole house is so clean and tidy. Aircon and fans helped alot during this weather. We can literally walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to get around. Such a big and beautiful house for a family vacation for the cheapest price I could find. Even though it was just us 2 and our dog, we enjoyed the whole house and pool to ourselves. Zach is such a friendly and polite person. I would highly recommend his place and definitely would book again

Myself, my husband, two teenage boys and our dog had a wonderful stay. It was great to be able to bring Doug the dog with us. The boys loved the pool and the kayaks and my husband and I enjoyed the easy stroll to many lovely restaurants. Thank you

The place was stunning. Clean and tidy. Lots of light and the furniture and appliances were first rate. Will be back for sure.
