Undoubtedly Acapulco is still in the process of recovery since it is very remarkable since you arrive at the port the deterioration and damage due to the natural phenomena, from its streets to the beach. the other side of the coin is that both its people as well as the government work hard to reactivate the economy. The twin towers are not the exception since some areas are still in maintenance, the staff in general is very friendly and immediately solve the eventualities that arise. As for Victor, he was always a great host and very professional from when I requested information until I vacated the property, we had some details that did not fully correspond to Victor even though he followed up and resolved it as soon as possible. I highly recommend Victor and invited us to support our brothers in Acapulco to get through after the tragedy they suffered. The amenity I liked the most was the private access to the beach, ideal for swimming in the mornings.

Lovely and clean apartment in the La Isla complex. Easy to access, great communication with the host and check in was very easy. The staff and services in La Isla were wonderful. The apartment is very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped for cooking meals. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the hallways and neighbors at all times, so something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. But otherwise, was a perfect stay, and we had a great time at La Isla.

Hello, Thank you very much for everything, I comment that the location is incredible, the security is also, arrival very well. Services exceed expectations. Very comfortable beds and the entire space is very spacious. Very good places nearby to eat, shopping center very close. Loved the pool at night… I highly recommend them. Luxury internet, had to work and never failed. I really invite everyone to return the Acapulco and make it very nice again as before. These places where you can stay and feel at home make you want to come back. Thank you for everything

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, just as in the photos, and they have a very nice view. I love it and Jorge, although I didn't meet him in person, he is very attentive and responds immediately. I would definitely come back. The apartment is under renovation but all the amenities work impeccable. The pool area is very nice and there are several places nearby. Highly recommended.

There were some problems with the cable TV and the gas (we even had to bathe one night with cold water) but I consider that they were situations out of the reach of the host , she was attentive trying to solve it .

Excellent service from Saray, the airbnb corresponded exactly to everything described and the way of arrival and access was very easy and accessible. The airbnb was tidy and clean and were always attentive for any questions. I highly recommend it in addition to the ideal location if you want to stay in Zona Diamante, it is very quiet and there is a lot of security.
