AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and Loreni was welcoming and helpful. Everything was just as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time. We'd happily stay again!

The host, Omar, was very informative with check-in and check-out instructions, the neighborhood felt safe and a short distance to SoFi and the Kia Forum, overall a good place to stay. Also, it was nice that Omar left a small care package of water bottles, face masks, ear plugs, etc. for our comfort.

Mark was amazing super friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!

Five stars! The host was amazing and responsive. The house had lots of room/storage and very clean. What was most amazing? The views around! What a gorgeous area to stay and it was generally close to lots of amenities 💜 will stay again!

Overall we had a wonderful time at this house! The location is amazing and the addition of the bikes and local recommendations was appreciated by all. Olga was also wonderful with all communications and in meeting me right at check in! If you are on the fence I would 10000% recommend staying here, you won't regret it!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! It was so peaceful and comfortable. We made use of the hot tub and game room and loved going out to wish the chickens good morning every day.

The perfect place for our family of 6. Great location with easy access to the 5 and valley attractions/studios. Safe and quiet neighborhood. It's in the flight path of the Burbank airport but it's a low traffic airport and not busy at night. It was a bonus for us cause our kids loved watching the planes from the backyard. We had a great time and all we needed to be comfy and would definitely recommend and return!

What a find! my friend and I needed a place to hang for a few days while attending a concert! we wanted to be near the beach and this place did not disappoint! perfect location and beautiful property. enjoyed beach walks and canal walks and just relaxing! Nadia was so responsive and helpful! I knew that if we needed anything all we had to do was ask! the beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything anyone would need! Was a perfect place for us! would recommend to anyone needing a place to have as base camp in the Los Angeles are!!

Very nice place. It was clean and comfortable In a great location within walking distance to the beach and great shopping. Quiet and friendly neighbors.

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed Bess place. Truly wish i could stay longer. The ladies who own the house were great! Always responsive and very willing to help in any way. I give 5 stars and more. Hopefully 1 day ill get to return.

Lovely space for us and our two teenage daughters to stay while we finished restoring our house from the Eaton fire. We know the area and were a bit concerned street parking could be difficult but thankfully there were always a few street spots close by.
