Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Calabardina

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

I have never been to a place where they thought up to the last detail.In this one there was everything. Everything was very good,the beds were very comfortable,everything was clean and comfortable. Very current decor and furnishings, practical and nice. We really liked it. The only thing is that nearby,there is little to see. But to be relaxed ,perfect.

the place is spotless, within a beautiful development two steps from the sea. It is comfortable and very well equipped, with small details that make a difference. The owners are aware of the possible needs of the guest and are super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

Beautiful view above the port at Puerto de Mazarron, this cute decor apartment is integrated into the rock with thoughtful LED lighting accents showing off the rock and highlighting the tiled walls. Very cute large format Edison lights with rope-wrapped cords - thoughtfully done. We only stayed one night in November, but this would be a wonderful area to come back and stay for longer in the summer... excellent view and great beaches and restaurants down the hill on each side. 2nd bedroom doesn't have it's own door, so space probably works best for a couple. Internet comes in about 8.6 Mbps with 1200ms loaded latency... if full duplex VoIP calls are important for you, tether to a cell phone. A wired router connection rather than a WiFi repeater would be good - but this IS an apartment built into the rock hillside, and it's all about the majestic view here. There are some plumbing issues that are being worked on as I understand it. We loved using the provided house slippers!

We really enjoyed our time at Paul´s apartment. Having the pool just in front of your terrace is just priceless. During our stay we barely met other people in the building so most of the time we would have the whole swimmingpool for us. The house is well-equipped and the access and communication with Paul excellent :)

We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at the villa. It’s a lovely villa in a great location! The photos are accurate and up to date and Paula and David are so responsive and helpful. It’s walkable to the beach which is beautiful and a lovely area to explore. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this is the place for you! The pool is lovely and kept clean and the garden is really well cared for. It really does feel home from home with everything you can possibly think of there for you!!

We stayed at Ricardo's place and it was amazing. Everything was perfect. From an easy check in to a wonderful home that went above and beyond our expectations. Very nice property and good location to get around. Highly recommend if you are thinking of staying in Cartagena.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. Air conditioning has been vital for these hot days. The development is very quiet, the pool opens until 12:00pm at night and has a Mercadona supermarket about 200 m away. We are sure to return on our next visit to Vera Playa.

We have spend 2 weeks in this beautiful area. Everything was perfect, the house was very clean and good communication with Maranda. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I start by saying that Arántzazu is an exceptionally friendly helpful person and communication with her is perfect, as well as the instructions for access to the accommodation and for the use of all her services. On the other hand, the apartment is even better than it looks in the ad, it has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay on the beach front and with a swimming pool and beautiful green areas of the urbanization. This place is 100% Recommended. Thank you for all Arántzazu.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

A fabulous apartment that has everything you could possibly need - it was the best stay in have had and we will be back in January

One of the best vacation apartments I've ever stayed in. Very clean (except for the pans, which as in almost all apartments, I did not use for being on the side of the outside quite regular. Comfortable beds, impeccable facilities, perfect bathrooms... I can only put a hit that is that we had such a good time, that the week flew without us almost realizing it.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package
