Had a great family stay in the apartment which was clean and very homely. The city itself is right on your doorstep and a wonderful City to walk around and take in the ambience. I’d have no hesitation in staying at Trini’s place again. Shout out to Mario for all his help as well.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

This apartment is simply stunning, the views over the bay are wonderful both day & night. The apartment isn’t just a holiday let you really feel like you’re in someone’s home who has put so much time and effort into preparing it. It is definitely somewhere we will consider staying again. Great location and amazing view of the harbour. There is a flight of steps close by which take you down to the harbour in 5 minutes. Elena was very quick to respond to messages. The apartment is rustic - perfect in good weather with a large terrace to enjoy the view. We visited in Winter and sadly there was a huge storm when we were there. The plus was that we got a bird’s eye view of the storm rolling in over the sea but the downside was that the wind made the apartment a little cold - but I think that was an unusual and extreme weather condition. The main bedroom has a large and comfortable bed and there was lots of hot water and it’s great to have free parking close to the apartment. The kitchen is compact but well stocked - as was the bathroom with lots of supplies of toiletries. Elena makes her guests feel super welcome. It’s hard to imagine you could find a better view in Puerto de Mazarron.

Fabulous property…..exactly like the pictures & description, would not hesitate to recommend.

Jessica was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect. A really peaceful spot, close to the beach and near nice bars and restaurants. perfect spot for a Christmas away.

Bonjour, We stayed with my husband and 4 kids in this house with a great and large pool. The hosts are smiling and attentive and available for anything. Very beautiful house with everything at your disposal. Really recommend at 100 for 100!! Thank you for everything!

This home is spectacular honestly the decor and architectural design is amazing. I did not want to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked and the linen was top quality. Both bathrooms are full of character. We slept in the open concept living space that has a beautiful set up. I love the high ceilings and the rustic brick walls. I thought the message board above the desk area is a nice touch. I will be returning to this great home when I in back to Cartagena. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. Air conditioning has been vital for these hot days. The development is very quiet, the pool opens until 12:00pm at night and has a Mercadona supermarket about 200 m away. We are sure to return on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Fantastic host and property. Great communication before and during our stay. The property was perfectly described and we had a wonderful time. I would advise hiring cars for your stay especially if you have children. We hired cars and all pools are around 2km away so saved hassle with walking with children in hot weather. The beach is also a 10 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this host, we will be coming back.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Tango Francisco José as his wife was super helpful and kind to us. Everything was perfect and clean. For everything we needed they were attentive and were very understandable with the inconveniences we could have. We are very grateful to them and if we come back we have no doubt that we will try to contact them again.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The area is nice, what happiness! See you very soon for a fourth stay! And thank you for welcoming us to your little paradise!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

The stay was very good and the landlord was very nice, he even helped us with the car when he didn't have to. 10/10 for everything

our stay has been great, the apartment is beautiful the patio is great to be with the family, if the children are older you can go to the pool walking because it is right behind. the area is super quiet respecting the hours of silence, right in front there is a super that they have everything even if it seems small and by the area more. You have the maritimo walk and the garrocha beach 10 minutes away. Jorge is a very attentive and polite person. She was attentive at all times to know how we were and by going alone with the children I allowed myself to enter earlier. I can't say anything negative except that I missed days to see more things. we will be back for sure.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

We looked through 300 apartments for our road trip through Spain and Sam and Mats's apartment was clearly the outperformer. The house is really well designed. You drive practically directly into it and go from your own parking lot to the elevator. A great apartment, well furnished, in a style that you would also choose yourself. Great location and a view like in the movie. The beds are good, the bathroom just great. Strong water pressure, hot water, all very functional. If you like to cook, you will find everything in the kitchen. Also, all appliances work very well. You can also endure it here for longer. And the terrace is actually indescribable!!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package
