Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

This listing is such an exceptional place, I've been around a few Airbnbs globally but haven't witnessed such service as Prime Residence & exceptional support from Khaled and the team. It's truly a 5 star hotel service at an extremely affordable rate; starting with a concierge service to help with luggage, a reception that offers great refreshments and such friendly people that makes your stay feel super homely. I was impressed that there was a gym in the premises! as well as a truly impressive location which is close to 90th street & the American University in Cairo for any business trips or a selection of 3 mega malls for some shopping or family leisure. There is even an in-house kitchen that serves delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner which I find quite remarkable. If you're looking for a short term or a long term stay in Cairo away from downtown traffic and pollution Prime Residence is the perfect choice no doubt;) Thanks again Khaled & Yara, I hope I see you very soon!

The location is excellent inside the neighborhood and very close to the mall, mosque and garden Furniture is modern and the design of the space is very comfortable and surpasses 5 star hotel designs Access is very easy as it is considered a popular place within the neighborhood There are no defects and I advise everyone to stay in Residence Prime Gathering

The hospitality and warmth at the Prime Resident was great.. 5mins walk to the 90Point shopping mall ( great mall) and area was beautiful for morning walks. Enjoyed the gym facility. I will most likely return on my next visit.!

From our very first interaction Basel was really helpful and responsive. He offered us a lot of flexibility and was able to accommodate any additional requests quickly. His apartment was fantastic and perfect for us as a family. very clean and in a great location. But what stood out above all was Basels support and generosity. he provided advice quickly and helped resolve any issues smoothly. We really appreciated his kindness. A very warm and friendly host with a fantastic apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the place is very clean and has all the amenties. Very calm neighborhood has all the important facilities : laundry, markets, pharmacy etc, all within 1 min walking distance wich is extremely good. The public transportation is within a 5-7 min walk. Very good value for money the place is newly and very elegantly furnished i wished i stayed here longer really felt like home. Ali from staff was extremely helpful and proactive he's always available he actually picked me up once which i thought was really kind and very generous!!! The apartment is very family friendly big rooms and sitting area and kitchen all newly furnished and very well designed!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The Penthouse was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the Pyramids aswell. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I felt right at home during my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

Ahmed's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Ahmed and ismail were very accommodating and helpful letting me drop my bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

Mr. Romany whom I dealt with since day one is a great person and responsive at all times, I forgot an item at the apartment so he called me to mention about it. I received the apartment in a very clean condition, clean linen. So thank you for making it up to me :)

We enjoyed our stay for 1 night here. Place is as described. Would stay here again if AC was added to the living room. I like the location and size of this apartment as it is a duplex. You will not hear honking horns here. Also, they need to let everyone know that the elevator cannot take you to the 7th floor, either 8 and walk down or 6 and walk up and requires a keycard.

Mona’s place is absolutely beautiful, in the heart of Maadi - commonly considered one of Cairo’s most beautiful districts. The place is spacious with surround (but very private) windows on 2/4 of the living room. The kitchen is full of amenities and easy to use and the private balcony (which is about 5 metres by 5 metres) overlooks Maadi. Maadi is a little far from the centre but an Uber into the centre of town is very cheap and the place is right by a metro station. It is only $3-5 to get to the Pyramids in an Uber! Mona is very responsive, kind and helpful. The place is well thought out and even has a water dispenser given it is sometimes dangerous to drink the tap water. It might be my favourite AirBNB that I have ever stayed in. It really is a great deal, in a great location, in a beautiful city. Would recommend!
