Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this place with your eyes closed. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

Great stay, we were welcomed by Richard, a friend of Geoffroy, helpful and available at all times. Very well located apartment, very clean, air-conditioned, very functional at all levels in the heart of St Raphaël, close to the sea 2 minutes away. Halfway between Cannes and St Tropez, very quiet residence. The people are very welcoming and the owner is very responsive, even from afar. Our 2 dogs had a great time in the sea. We took some very nice walks and discovered a beautiful region. Thank you very much for everything Geoffroy and Richard for hosting us. We recommend ++. Very friendly and friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfect with a great view. Absolutely nothing was missing, a lot of attention to detail, which makes all the difference. The environment is very calm and relaxing. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, connecting the main cities of the Côte d'Azur (Nice, Cannes, Fréjus etc.) for next to nothing, which is very convenient (no need to take the car). Go for it!!

Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence which was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. No complaints.

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Great location and what an amazing view.

We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

We had a great time. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and well located. The garden is very nice. And it's convenient to be able to park your car. Marie Paule and her husband are very welcoming and caring. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a very nice stay and recharge your batteries.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay in this charming studio located in the heights, between forest and sea. The view from the terrace and even from the bed is simply breathtaking. The studio is very well-appointed and functional. Bastien was responsive, always available and very kind. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in the south.

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Well-located accommodation close to the sea and very well-equipped. Croisette and the shops were within walking distance. Very pleasant stay and our host was always available for any questions.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!
