The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

This was my first time in Italy and Perugia was recommended by a friend. I cannot recommend Perugia more for a first timer to Italy and Ida's place is the PERFECT location in town. It was cozy, extremely private and quiet. It's also right down the street from the minimetro if you are getting there by train which was a huge plus. She had fan in both rooms which was appreciated and windows that open in each room for nice air flow. We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back!

although we were about 1 hour late of our projected check in time, both Marco and Michela greeted us at the gate and presented the apartment. the apt was clean spacious and very beautiful. the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with a mini-split in each room. the living and dining rooms were furnished and decorated with beautiful finished hardwoods, very spacious. there is a office / ten / music room with acoustic guitar with pickups and a keyboard. the kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment and utensils for any cooking desires. 5 minute walk to a grocery store, a few pizza / gellato places 10 minute walk, Michela provided many other restaurant references with short drive. we stayed at 7 airbnb / vbro on this trip and this apartment was by far the best place we stayed. i highly recommend this apartment. the hosts were fabulous. bellissima

The house is very nice and equipped with all amenities. Clean, welcoming, and has nothing to report. The street on which it is located does not seem very quiet and even the neighbors are quite noisy, but on the house and the owners, I could not find better

Giovanni was a delight to meet. He was so available when we arrived and concerned when we didn’t arrive in time. His response to any needs was immediate. Perugia is a gorgeous place to visit and coming home to Giovanni’s place was so comfortable. There was everything you need and even a tv in the living area and the bedroom. A washer and dryer. WOW! We have had 15 bnb’s in our 7 week travels and never came across a dryer. Recommended indeed!

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

Apartment as new and very pleasant (even better than in the photo), very clean, in the historic center, but very quiet. Overall excellent stay. I highly recommend it.
