Great centrally located space. Well stocked and comfortable. A little noisy at night and unfortunately this plaza is a favorite spot for party goers to relieve themselves. Walked out several times to men peeing in the potted plants directly outside the door. The smell was pretty intense.

Great location, central yet quiet. Clean apartment that is tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Please note: 1). The stairs leading up to the apartment are very steep so you need to be ok in climbing to the 4th floor; 2). the bedroom on the second floor is very low. If you are over 5’4in/1m64 you will be unable to stand up straight anywhere in the room.

Lovely apartment, very attentive hosts always checking in to make sure everything was fine. The space itself was perfect and had everything we needed. We also had the private transfer to the apartment and ricardo was very informative and knowledgeable about the area, explaining historical facts on our way. Overall amazing stay thank you so much for having us

The flat was right in the pedestrian zone of Rua Augusta with lots of shops and restaurants around. Super convenient and a few minutes’ walk to parco de Augusta. The condition of the flat was excellent and matched well with the photos and descriptions listed. No lifts and had to climb three floors, and nearest car drop-off point at Figueira Square was 3-5 minutes away - so wouldn’t fit those with a lot of luggage but this was well flagged by the host in the ad. It was a wonderful stay! Finally, windows had good sound proof. Didn’t feel noisy even when street performers singing downstairs.

Location was ideal Close to metro, train & bus station, center of Lisboa, restaurants and much more! Place was very cute & enough for one person or a couple

Beautiful apartment, away from the main tourist area. well equipped, clean, comfortable and stylish. courtyard garden for breakfasts and the smokers. Rene responded quickly to messages. The main bedbedroom opens onto the living room, through double doors. One of the beds in the twin room is a bit smaller than a normal single. We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. There is extensive construction work going on next door to the apartment, which is noisy. Be careful as many of the local streets have dog poo on them, so you need to watch where you walk!

The place is great! Really beautiful. As my first time traveling alone I felt really safe and right at home. It is a bit far from the touristy places but in my opinion that made it better. Would stay again.

Luis is a great host. very responsive! the unit itself was very clean and looked exactly like the picture. The bed was decently comfortable too. the area is quiet and had a nice view nearby. easy to get to by Uber. had a great stay here

We had a great stay here! The apartment is located on one of the busiest streets in the area so there was a lot to do and everything was easy to walk to. This place is easy to get to by train, bus, tram and metro.

Property located in a very quiet residential area, 10 min walk from the lively quarter of Baixa. Apartment matches photos, very clean and large. Great communication with Tiago. As mentioned in the other reviews, stairs to get to the accommodation very narrow and steep (1 floor to climb). I would definitely recommend if you want to stay in a quiet environment but close to the center, more lively.

Leaseboa’s place was fantastic for our family of 7. There was a great common area for watching TV and the kitchen was large and spacious. We also loved how close the place was to the historic area and a bunch of other restaurants and things to do/see in Lisbon. It was a safe area, and also close to nightlife. The host was great and responsive when needed and made check-in easier for us. We had some delay in getting there and he was so amenable and accommodating.

Great location that is still close enough to the city center (easily reachable by tram/Bolt) but far enough to be peaceful. Lots of nice restaurants/wine bars/bakeries/viewpoints nearby. The view from the apartment is amazing, and the interior of the apartment is cozy and aesthetic. The building itself is historic, and the front door was a bit difficult to access. I would ask the host to show you how to use the keys to open the door to the building when you check in. My only complaint is that the shower has limited hot/warm water, so if more than one person needs to shower, you may have to wait a little between showers.

Carlos is an outstanding host, and the place exceeds expectations—it’s even better than the photos suggest. Having stayed in Airbnbs across the globe, I can confidently say this has been, by far, the best experience we’ve ever had. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the well-appointed space to the generous welcome kit and clear, helpful instructions. Carlos has truly set a new standard, and now I’ll be hoping for this level of care and hospitality wherever I stay.

We've traveled around the world and this is one of those Airbnbs you'll never forget. We fell in love with Sintra 9 years ago and this was our first time back, since. We were so thankful we found this place. Great host, incredible location, and views!

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We wish we had more time. Everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance and Lisbon is a walkers paradise. Loved how close we were to the Alfama and the great restaurants (and Fado). Paulo was extremely responsive. Our coffee maker did not work, but within a couple of hours we had a replacement. When back, we will stay here again.

Amazing stay! Awesome, communicative and KIND hosts. They left some goodies for us and they were delicious (thanks again). I took the best bath of my life here and I will return just for that haha. The area is amazing. Right across from a Shakar - who have the best breakfast tacos, and a few meters up is bom dia café and around the corner is a more traditional Portuguese cafe (the best). Jorge met us and showed us everything. Ana was always so easy to chat with. They have a garage nearby to pay or you can park with them for free - LITERALLY SO AWESOME! Definitely will come back! Thanks again, y’all!

Just had our honeymoon here and Rui couldn't of been more helpful and such a lovely man. He met us there and explained everything then even drew us a map of best spots and directions! Apartment is great, hot tub topped it off after a lot of walking too. Wouldn't hesitate to book one of Rui's places again, thank you very much :)

Came with our toddler and found our stay very welcoming and accomodating. We could easily drive to each of our desired destinations

Luis and his family are the nicest people there are in Lisbon. We had a very nice time in Luis apartment. Luis prepared everything superbly and was always responsive. We got to know Luis better and are thrilled with him and his big heart. We recommend the place for any occasion. It's really well located and surprisingly quiet. Everything is within walking distance - the city can also be reached via park paths. We are very sure to come back!
