The Stadie was great. The house is excellent and had all the structure we needed. We went with 2 pets and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Roseli is extremely thoughtful and kind. The condominium where the house is located is also great.

I loved the house, very cozy and well equipped ! It has everything for a good stay and we don't care about anything. I had a clear communication and I was answered quickly every time. The Sidney that holds the keys was very I request and sent us several options and trade indications in the surroundings. We love the house and we'll be back more 😊

The house is very nice, it is extremely equipped with all kinds of cookware and modern appliances. Air conditioning in main part and living room dining room (much needed). Both TVs are smart. Very complete everything. In the background a very nice area with a pool, small but enough to refresh, lounge chairs and a barbecue grill (I didn't do it) The house is next to a small restaurant whose owner Carlos is extremely friendly and helpful. So are their two dogs: Marlene and Jack, from whom we became friends. Hosts at all times were available via messaging. It costs quite the walk up from the avenida, I would recommend that those over 60 do not try. Neither do they with a rented buggy that is not in good condition xq is dangerous. There are several shops nearby... but up there peace is ALL that is good.

Great and very comfortable place, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pool. Host answers quickly by answering all of our questions. And we were still positively surprised when we arrived to check in. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

Very friendly. Tidy little beds with towel and soap, very capricious! You were flexible with schedules. I will definitely come back often. I rented to have a birthday party and the house has a good sound and a great space!

Excellent stay. The house is great and very well located. Highlight for the service of the hostess who is an employee of Camille and is called Tereza. A full-handed cook who welcomed us well.

The house is good for large groups, the rooms are spacious and the backyard is very large. Communication with Andreza was very fast. The location is good, but it walks a little bit to get to the beach. The barbecue area is great. We were very satisfied with the stay

The house is great, nice beds, hot water, well-equipped, ventilated and with a beautiful view. The Internet picked up in every room. The suite is quite large. It doesn't have air conditioning, but it sells a lot on site, so only the fan was enough. There is no black-out in the suite, the curtain is a bamboo/straw shade that does not completely seize the brightness. So 6h the room was already clear. We did not find an external faucet to wash your feet on the return of the beach. At the most everything was great. We'll be back for sure!

Jamila and her husband Daren, who welcomed us at check in, are excellent hosts! Wonderful and kind service, optimum and fast communication, flexibility at check-in and check-out. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, cozy, rooms of good sizes, almost all suites. Gourmet Area is the maximum point of the house, delicious environment, very well integrated. Anyway, it was a great stay! Ah, I couldn't help thanking you for Jamila's pampering and delivered by Daren, the cookies were perfect! I recommend and will be back!

Comfortable and spacious place. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. Glasses, plates, and cookware for everyone. Steps from downtown buzios. The view is second to none.

Camila is extremely attentive, the house is great, organized, clean and we are super well accommodated. I highly recommend Residencial Coco Verde! Close to the beach, the shops, is well worth it!!!

What about this house? Simply wonderful. I went with my family and everyone loved it. I will definitely return. The house is very far from the center, about 25 minutes, which was no problem, even because I was already aware of it. In front has a beach that is very deserted, dark water and has no kiosks. Market, bakery .. I didn't see anything nearby. The house is simply for you to relax and have contact with natura. It is ideal for you to go by car. The days we stayed there rained all and because part of the barbecue was opened, it wet the people who were under the cover and the cleaning was not complete, but the issue of cleaning had already signaled to Dóris and I said that it was no problem. Dóris was very requested and always available for whatever we needed. Super recommend and is well worth it, especially if it is family because the house is super spacious, beautiful and cozy.

The house corresponds in full to the advert published, in addition to being very close to the beach, which by the way is wonderful. The condominio has a great pool, for those who want to have a beach rest, the children loved. The fact that it has a bathroom for each room brings comfort to everyone. And about the host, Afrânio is very friendly and I ask for doubts, it made us very comfortable, too much.

We had a lovely family stay at Isa and Richard's! We were greeted by Jussara, friendly and who took the time to introduce us to the functioning of the house. The house is very well equipped, a short walk to the beach, a superb pool! We were 5 of us, with 3 toddlers, who felt at home. A great stay and we now know where to come back! 😃

We spent a last weekend with family, Jeferson and Dona Rejane that takes care of the house were super friendly and easy to communicate, a nice house, had everything we needed, a region of easy access to the horn center, by car about 30 minutes, Unamar, very close also 5 minutes by car, we had a flexible check out where we were able to enjoy more sun Sunday before releasing the house, in short, everything was very pleasant.
