Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation in our stay he was very attentive to us. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems that he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

Carmen is a great host, always available, very friendly and hospitable, ready to help at any time. Very nice and helpful communication The apartment is as described, everything is great. Very nice place to stay - I really liked it.

Well located apartment with all amenities available in a quiet urbanization. The apartment is well equipped with good decor and lots of details from the owner. It's spacious and with a terrace overlooking it. We had a very pleasant stay.

Cristian welcomed us very warmly in his home, with a lot of kindness and attention. Cristian's apartment is undoubtedly better if you can do that in the photos he has published, a decoration cared for in detail and above all, very clean. Equipped with all possible things. The mountain views are very nice and the atmosphere in the pool is very good. I would definitely come back!!

Clean apartment, well located and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is one pass. The communal pool is large and with the hot water, it's great for kids. The beach is very close and there are also shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking lot, the square is very large and is in front of the access door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to repeat. We had a wonderful time. The beach is less than one minute. You can hear the waves when sleeping. Very relaxing!

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

We loved the apartment, nice modern and cozy, with every luxury of details, we felt right at home. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning in every room, a luxury. We have stayed 1 week in Alvaro's house from the beginning. We felt at home, everything was perfect, many details that are appreciated and above all our daughter who was entertained with the toys. A 10 min walk to the beach and inside the development a park and open pool. Thank you for renting your home to us.

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk out for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cata and its villages around 30-40min we found the recommended location great. Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Very nice place to relax. The appartement is well kept and Inès is helpful. We consider coming back.

Two families consisting of two moms and three children shared this home for 3.5 weeks. We had a wonderful stay, and very much thanks to Carmen's hosting. She is an amazing hostess who really helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Help with which local buses to take, where the supermarket is located, arranges with caretakers when we locked ourselves out, fix technicians when we think the washing machine was broken, well whatever. Carmen has been a cliff during our weeks. The apartment worked great for our two families, most of it was needed. And when we arrived very late on our first day, there was cold water in the fridge and each its cold beer to us adults that we could toast our first holiday day. From the balcony there is a nice view of the sea, and only 100 m down you come to the long beach. The pool was perfect on em for our kids and also us. Many thanks to Carmen and Porto Rey, an unforgettable trip we are happy to redo. Recommend this home :)

We stayed with Robert and Maria for 2 weeks 14-28 October. Check in was great and we managed to check in early as we were in Mojacar. The view from the terrace is absolutely spectacular…hard to beat. The apartment is a one bed and it’s all open plan, kitchen, living, dining sleeping ( through an archway). It suited us well. There is furniture on the balcony including sun beds, table and chairs and patio set so although the apartment is small we spent all of our time on the terrace. We had a problem with the WiFi on arrival but this was sorted the same day by Robert and he checked later in our stay to make sure it was still working. We had a car so access was not a problem for us but in order to get the spectacular view you have to be high up and the walk would be fine for your gear guests but older guests should note this.

Fantastic happy stay I would recommend this place 100%. Nothing was any bother. Very helpful when needed Beautiful scenery. Fantastic sun set and rise from doorway. communal grounds are lovely. Would highly recommend

A beautiful flat with everything you need in a quiet area, 15 min walk from the beach, different beaches in the proximity, it is better to have a car to move around

The apartment is great and we were very comfortable. The location is very good to visit the entire area of Cabo de Gata and specifically Las Negras has a very good atmosphere and many options of bars and restaurants. Juan Jose was very attentive and kind and I recommend local restaurants and activities. We'll be back!
