Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

We found April to be a friendly and responsive host who was prepared to assist with the odd unusual request. The house was airy and comfortable but you need to keep in mind it is a shophouse so keep your outer front door closed. We didn't and people tended to think it was a shop thanks to April's display of tiles ! Everything worked and functioned though we never turned the TV on . The location is a big winner as you're 20 metres from morning fruit market and evening street food market. 100 metres to Chulia St yet the lorong is quiet and not overly busy. Buses ply their trade down Chulia all day while it is a short walk to Little India, Komtar, Kimberley St. Couple of good bars nearby with cold beer, aircon and international sport coverage. We frequented Finnegans just around the corner in Campbell St which also has good noodle restaurants. Now a 2nd tier of eating in between the street food and restaurant food. Modern cafes with great food for a few ringgit more than the street mkt

Fantastic Stay at Lush Designer 3BR Condo by ALV! I had an amazing stay at Yen’s place! The condo was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean just like the photos. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. The location was perfect. The amenities were top-notch. Yen was a wonderful host, responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. This homestay very comfortable and safe to stay even it's in 13th floor. Very convinced location to reach Georgetown. The homestay is very clean and tidy. Owner very friendly and helpful. She provides all the perfect information / details which make our stay very easier. Highly recommended Iris Tham homestay. 5 ⭐ for this homestay.

Host is quick to act if guests have problems

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

Enjoy the stay at this property. Very near to Queensbay shopping mall. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Communication with the owner was great - very responsive. We did have trouble finding the car parking bays even with the video instructions. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay!

Overall, it’s a nice stay! Well equipped house with tv, microwave, washing machine, etc. It’s slightly away from the tourist spots but you can easily grab to all the places, recommend to those who want a place with friends and family in Penang :)

Nice place, very clean and very spacious. Swimming pool view from balcony Was happy to have a filter in the kitchen which is very important. Coffee, milo and biscuits provided thank you very much. The dish wash liquid soap was filled in the shower bath container. Needs labelling. The lighting can be brighter very poor lighting especially in the rooms and bathrooms. Otherwise all was good and finally my little poodle also enjoyed the stay.

Esther’s place looked exactly like the photos! We chose this home to stay in because it looked homey and it’s cat themed haha (im a cat lover). My family loved it too, would consider staying here again the next time we visit Penang 😊
