Felt like a local’s home in penang. Host was friendly and responsive too. Loved that the host included a water purifier machine in the house ! Saves us the trouble of buying tons of bottled water back :)

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

We had a fantastic stay. The space comfortably accommodated our large family, and we never felt cramped. The facilities and amenities provided were more than sufficient, making it easy for us to enjoy our time together. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well-equipped everything was. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious and well-stocked home.

Lydia's place was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. Check-in was a breeze and Lydia was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This homestay very comfortable and safe to stay even it's in 13th floor. Very convinced location to reach Georgetown. The homestay is very clean and tidy. Owner very friendly and helpful. She provides all the perfect information / details which make our stay very easier. Highly recommended Iris Tham homestay. 5 ⭐ for this homestay.

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

Enjoy the stay at this property. Very near to Queensbay shopping mall. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Communication with the owner was great - very responsive. We did have trouble finding the car parking bays even with the video instructions. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay!

My friend and his big family of 16 pax had great time bonding with relaxed and cosy ambience in this air bnb. These group family members are elderly 55-80 years old, and they found safe home and well equipped bathrooms and living rooms facilities. Will return to this air bnb as it wins the hearts of many that stayed. Hopefully, will get the best rates when next bookings in owner’s properties. We spent 6 weeks here and loved it. Host was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We received sometimes daily updates on events during CNY and Thaipusam and advice for meals and outings. The accommodation was within close proximity to Little India and Chulia St and in walking distance from Cecil St and Chowrasta markets etc. Loved the old Chinese furnishings and the way the owner has preserved the house. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Georgetown. We loved it.

Thank you very much to Hao, Suyi and Laurent for the great communication and helpfulness. Super appreciate that we can bring our pets with us on a short vacay. House rules were clear, check-in/checkout information was clear. The accommodation was clean and well-kept. It was also convenient that there was a garden for the dogs to run around. Also loved the location - there is a Lotus nearby and Straits Quay where we could bring the dogs for a walk and a swim at the beach nearby. Thank you very much to the hosts for such a lovely space.
