Nice place to visit around Rjukan.

Had a four night stay to enjoy the nature around kongsberg. Th apartment was just what we needed.

Clean and tidy, nice hosting. Ready made beds were well to taste for us guys. Short distance to all amenities and really cool with a jacuzzi. Thank you for this time from Team Kongsberg.

it is a great place for a weekend getaway. Katarzyna is a very nice person, friendly and helpful. to top all of the good points about the place are Freya and Armie, the 2 adorable dogs.

The location was great, just put on the ski boots and walk straight out on the hill. Nice to have the car in a hot garage as well. The apartment was super cozy, beautifully furnished. We cooked nice dinners at home, everything that you need is in the kitchen. Fun with beautiful crockery too, it made our dinners extra special. The negative was that there was a little too cozy lighting in the evening when the board game arrived, it was quite hard to see, so then we had to light some extra candles.

We had a great stay at the apartment! Very close to the ski resort, only 5-10 min walk. A kids slope and 2 children’s lift (the ones you stand on) are just outside the apartment. You can use it to get up and then just cross the road and you are only 3-4 min away from the ski lifts. I had my son and his friend with me, age 12. They loved it and went skiing all day! So many different slopes to choose. Since I had my dog with me I went for walks in the area, and I also drove to the ‘top’ of the mountain (a bit passed Skarsnuten hotel and further up), parked my car and went for a beautiful walk along the cross country ski trails. So there are several activities to do in the area if you don’t go skiing. The apartment is well located and the area was very quiet, but at the same time very close to everything. It is just a 4-5 min drive to sentrum and a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again next time we come.

We had a wonderful stay at Ingun’s place. Close to the center of town and right on the skibuss line, her place is perfect for a winter adventure base. You can see the cross country ski trail from the deck! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a minor issue with the heat, and Ingun had it handled so quickly that it was not a problem. She is a very responsive host and easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here!

A huge thank you to Mette for this little cocoon nestled a stone's throw from the sea! My friend and I spent three amazing days in this enchanting place. This haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and regaining serenity, allowed us to fully enjoy our stay between walks and moments of relaxation. The bedding is amazing, and the cabin has everything you need, with impeccable cleanliness. The location is perfect, with the beach and beautiful hiking trails nearby. This is the perfect place for a real break. I highly recommend it!

We've had two nice days in Hege's garden dream. Now it was winter, but so cozy anyway. Can imagine how nice it is in the garden during summer. Lovely view and such a nice house. We brought our dog and went for walks in the neighborhood. Hege is the absolute best host with cake and coffee upon arrival. Really recommend the place if you need a place to stay in Horten.

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

We spent 10 days of Christmas holidays in Torilld's house. It was super nice stay. The home is cosy and well equipped. There is a feeling like you are being warmly welcomed. Very quiet place with outstanding surroundings. Thank you, Torild for a nice holidays! We will definitely come back next time

Rural house with large and cozy outdoor area. Short distances to public transport, large and nice beach, football fields and shops/Holmen shopping center. We had a great time at Therese's house, and would love to come again. Therese was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries.

We had a great stay at Marius's place. The flat is very modern and with a very beautiful view. Possibility to ski in the little ski resort of Høgevarde right next door, and with a lot of cross country skiing possibilities.

We had an amazing stay at Mari’s apartment. Mari is a wonderful host, gave great information of the local area. The apartment was so cosy, and clean, and had everything we needed. It backed right onto some woods with lovely walks. The best thing of all was the stunning view from the balcony over the lake and hills. And if the northern lights are out (which they were but we were asleep, oblivious!) then I can only imagine the beauty from the photos I saw! Highly recommend Mari’s place.

Very nice apartment with a nice view , clean and there was everything we needed. Great that there is a garage that we could use for two cars . Enough room for everyone ( We were 8 people) Great communication with the host:) Would love to come back 😀

This Airbnb was fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was convenient and made exploring the area easy. We live in the same apartment complex and we’re thrilled to be able to book for family members visiting from the United States.
