Cabin vacation rentals in Buskerud

Vi hade en väldigt fin vistelse i denna fantastiska stuga. Nära till slalombacken och tillgång till en varm jacuzzi på uteplatsen efter en dag i backen är toppen. Linda var väldigt bra som värd. svarade snabbt på frågor och liknande.

Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Gjøran ga oss god informasjon og svarte raskt ved spørsmål. Hytta ligger god plassert med ski inn/out til alpinanlegget og kort vei til langrennsspor. Hytten er godt utstyrt og passet bra til 2 familier. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Fantastic stay, the cabin feels larger than the photos. The view is stunning and the area very calm. Theresa was extremely helpful and nice to deal with, we loved our stay and will hopefully revisit!

We absolutely loved Elene’s lodge. The views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a great hit with all of us. The lodge was incredibly cosy. Loved the log burner and sauna. We didn’t want to leave. Weather was perfect. Warm and sunny with loads of snow. One day of heavy snow which was so much fun. Great sledging around the lodge. The lodge had everything you needed and more. We were very comfortable here. Would love to return.

We had the most wonderful break. The peacefulness of the home surrounded by heavy fallen snow is something we will remember for the rest of our days. It’s was truly wonderful

We had a fantastic stay at this little gem of a cabin. Ann and her husband were incredibly welcoming and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. The cabin itself was cosy, well-equipped, and waiting for us with a warm fire when we arrived—a perfect touch after a long journey. The huskies were a delight! We loved giving them attention, and despite their excitement during the day, they were surprisingly quiet from the cabin at night. We booked the dog sledding experience, and it was absolutely unforgettable—thrilling, well-organised, and a must-do for anyone visiting. Overall, an amazing place to stay, with kind hosts and a truly special experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay, the house and the surroundings are even more beautiful than on the pictures. A great place to enjoy the Norwegian winter. Eirik is a very friendly host who responds quickly to messages.

Vi hadde fantastisk fine dager i hytta til Rachel. Stor og flott hytte med helt nyyyyydelig utsikt. Umiddelbar nærhet til alpinbakken og langrennsløyper. Rachel er en hyggelig vertinne som svarte raskt på spørsmål. Vi vil mer enn gjerne komme tilbake!

Wir habe die Zeit in der kleinen Hütte auf dem Hof von Halvard und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit warmen Wolldecken versorgt und die Heizung war ausreichend für uns. Das Saunen im Schnee war großartig und trotz Schnee konnten wir alles gut mit unserem kleinen Auto erreichen. Wer im Winter Langlaufski laufen möchte und ein besonderes Plätzchen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy log cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was beautifully maintained, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. The location was peaceful and serene close by a big mountain, yet still conveniently close to all popular ice climbing spots. We especially loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings — it truly added to the charm of the place. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy retreat, and we’d love to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in this hytte 😍 Very cozy, by the water. Eirin and Rolf were very helpful with advices! Also helped us a lot with the ice and snow to drive out after the weekend ☺️ would definitely stay again another time !

Really nice and cosy cabin. Great location and has everything you could want. Just a half hour drive to a good slalom ski resort, miles of cross country skiing right from the door (all the way to the ski resort if you want). Had a great time.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Hütte, die sehr gemütlich war und einen super Ausblick auf den See hatten mit tollem Sonnenaufgang/ Sonne. Man hat genügend Platz und alles notwendige vor Ort! Die Kommunikation mit Bjørg war auch super!

En rigtig fin hytte der var smagfuldt indrettet. Veludstyret køkken og fine værelser. Meget hurtigt og stabilt internet. Hytten ligger flot med udsigt over søen og med fin afstand til langrendsløjper. Snerydning flere gange om dagen. Hytten er hyggeligt indrettet med mange pæne og finurlige ting, som vi valgte at sætte lidt væk, da vores børnebørn på 2 og 3 år også syntes det var flot og spændende :) Vi havde nogle dejlige dage i hytten og området og kommer gerne igen.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på hytta til Jacob! Den hadde alt man måtte trenge og mer, og var veldig koselig. Luksus med ordentlig bad og innlagt vann, uten av det gikk på bekostning av hytte-sjarmen. Flotte skiløyper rett i nærheten! Vi fikk all informasjon vi trengte før ankomst, og Jacob var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Et perfekt opphold på en helt super hytte. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Dies war unser erster Urlaub bei dem wir Airbnb genutzt haben und wir sind beeindruckt von den Möglichkeiten die geboten wurden. Das gebuchte Ferienhaus hat durch seine Abgeschiedenheit und der naturnahe Lage schon im Inserat beeindruckt. Vor Ort war die Erfahrung noch überragender. Die Möglichkeit die Hütte fußläufig zu erreichen, war auf Grund der Wetterlage nur mit entsprechenden Stiefeln möglich. Mit dem Ruderboot, welches zur Verfügung steht , ist die Anreise und eer Gepäcktransport allerdings kein Problem. Alles was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist , ist in der charmanten Blockhütte vorhanden. Im Endeffekt hatten wir viel zu viel Gepäck dabei. Am Haus und Grundstück kommt keine Langeweile auf. Ob man via Boot den See erkundet , angelt, Pilze sammelt oder die nahegelegenen Wanderwege erkundet. Als Tagesausflüge haben wir Wanderrouten zu den Gipfel der höchsten Berge Südnorwegens genutzt. Im Gesamten sind wir mit dem Urlaub 100% zufrieden. 👌🏻

The cabin was in a beautiful location, with incredible views over the water. Everything in the cabin was easy to find and use. I'd definitely recommend hiring a car, so you can explore Holmsbu and nearby towns. When we had to message, both Ingunn and Hilde were very quick to respond. We booked the hot tub for our final night too, which I would definitely recommend. The locals are very friendly and helpful. And it was beautiful to see some snow too

We were there in winter as a couple, so we only used one of the three bedrooms. It is a very nice and big cabin in a quiet location, a lot of natur around, just a few neighbor cabins. There is a beautiful view over the valley and a cross country ski track behind the backyard, and the Norefjell ski close by. If you drive down to Eggedal or Noresund for supermarkets there is a road toll, but that was ok. Communication with Nina and Lodve was very good. We can definitely recommend the cabin.

Tolle Hütte in wunderschöner Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert. Durch den kurzen Hike zur Hütte auch für unsere Kinder ein kleines Abenteuer!

Utrolig trivelig hytte midt i skogen, svært skjermet og privat. Hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr til matlaging. Ideelt for de som er ute etter en god, gammeldags hyttetur uten skjermer og forstyrrelser. Vi skrudde av mobiltelefonene og slappet helt av. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Beautiful cozy cabin!

Es handelt sich um eine sehr gemütliche und wunderschön eingerichtete Hütte. Tor-Arne war jederzeit zu erreichen und gab uns hin und wieder Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Kamin und die Beleuchtung waren ein Highlight und machten gemeinsam mit der Einrichtung die Unterkunft noch gemütlicher und heimeliger. Die Sauna ist zwar recht klein, aber für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Die Hütte liegt abgelegen - circa 20min entfernt befindet sich allerdings eine Stadt mit ausreichenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genießen und abspannen können.

Wonderful place, Nice surroundings. Excellent for fishing right in front of the property or even better by boat in the river begna. In summer and rain be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes.
