I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

We’ve rented Glenda’s place a handful of times for a baseball team sleepover and birthday party’s. There’s so much to do, the place is clean, the location is great with a large yard and space to be together. Glenda updates the home and works with your needs.

This home was perfect for our family for a long weekend and the hosts were very helpful and responsive when needed. Made special arrangements for us to have an additional pack n play when we arrived for babies :)

This place was all that plus more. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. The pool is amazing and large. The kitchen is very large. Very spacious overall. Great wrap around porch to sit and enjoy the breeze. 5 minutes to restaurants, grocery store, the lake and pier. Will definitely stay here again. Belle River is a must to stay in and Dave’s property is the best.

This was a great place to stay! It was spacious and well stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It was immaculate upon our arrival. Since our 5 night stay was during some of the coldest days in Windsor this winter, it was nice to enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the gas fireplace in the downstairs living room. The house is located on a nice, quiet street. While the VIA train passes by a few times a day it becomes barely noticeable. It’s an easily walkable neighborhood and there’s a park close by that was nice to take our dog to. It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping which made it very convenient for our stay. It’s very easy to get to any part of the city. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. He was extremely helpful and pleasant in all communications we had! We would definitely stay at this property when returning to Windsor in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at the place. Had booked it for 3 weeks. In between a maid came to clean the house and change bed sheets. Had to entertain 20-25 guests of my wedding for 3 evenings, took prior permission from owners before booking and they were ok with it. Whenever I contacted the owners for anything their response was prompt. Thanks 😀

This property is very walkable to restaurants and shopping. It’s also on a very quiet block. We felt comfortable and safe. The beds were great, plenty of towels.

We really enjoyed our stay! They thought of everything we would need during our stay and more. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone who visits Detroit. It's so easy to get places and is clean and updated.

Lovely house, super comfy beds, beautiful kitchen with everything you could think of for cooking. Really nice bathrooms. And the local Irish Pub had amazing food and great staff

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

Simply put, this place is wonderful. We were able to have our meetings during the day, and then had ample beds for as many as wanted to stay overnight. Annette is simply one of the best hosts I have ever had at any rental, and I've done many, many of them! Rent with confidence and enjoy this incredible property!!

This house was perfect for our group of 4. Unfortunately we were only there for about 12 hours due to our schedule but everything was as advertised. I was concerned about the safety of the neighborhood and Kristy was quick to answer my questions.

Liz was an excellent host. Liz made it very easy to add another day to our reservation because of the weather. My dogs loved the fenced in yard. We were very comfortable and cozy. We will booking again when we are back in town visiting our family. Thank you Liz! Carol
