We had the most wonderful time. The church was fantastic and it felt a privilege to stay in a historic building that was also comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. literally a home from home. We have just returned from Caroline’s beautiful cottage. It was everything we wished for and more. The cottage had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was exceptionally clean. The surrounding area was very quaint and pretty and there was lots to explore in the area and a bit beyond. We spent NYE at Durdle Door, an hours drive away but well worth it. Would highly recommend Caroline’s cottage and our dog loved it too.

We checked in at late notice and had the most gorgeous stay for 2 nights. The space was stunning and picturesque. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be back. I also lost the tiniest piece of jewellery which Camilla searched high and low for and found to return to me. So so grateful!

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

We had a fab stay at Stag View. I am not sure we have ever been so relaxed and we didn't look at our watches all weekend. This is a fab location to get off the grid and reconnect. Spending the weekend with the animals was just beautiful. Local pub serves good food which we visited prior to check in. I will miss the outdoor bath which is totally private and feels so decadent. The hut has all you need. Shower was fab and bed was comfy. Tara was a fab host and is always smiling. Tara checked in daily to see if we needed anything. It was all just perfect and we will return 100%. Thanks Tara

Shona’s van was just lush. We had the sunniest, funnest few days at this brilliantly appointed van. Three beaches, beautiful, bright countryside walks across stunning scenery and precarious coastal paths within walking distance, meant we didn’t use the car for three days. The van was perfect, as was Shona’s warm welcome through baked beans and ketchup. We’ll definitely be back.

A very well appointed and comfortable property with pretty much everything you would need. Excellent kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, sitting / dining and very spacious bedroom. We would gladly stay again and would not hesitate to recommend it to any couple, or a couple with a child.

Lovely location for a family getaway, the hosts were responsive and kindly let us have a later check out on our last day. The decor is a bit old school, but everything was clean and functional, and the ensuites for every room were a big plus. The living and dining space was a highlight, nice and spacious for large meals, although might be worth bringing some of your own kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking a lot! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, just be prepared to drive to pubs or shops nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay!
