Vacation rentals in Burrell Boom

We loved Lynn and Althea's place so much that this was our 2nd trip in 2 years to The Therapy Cabins. This time we brought friends and shared Cabins #1 and #2. Our kids had a blast swimming all day in the enclosed "pool" and around beautiful shallow flats all around the dock. We saw puffer fish, lion fish and mistook a live conch for a hermit crab, in addition to several hermit crabs. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises! Like last year, Althea and Emeley cooked up 2 great dinners for our family. We did stewed chicken and dukunu like last year, but this year also had them cook the steamed snapper in banana leaves after our friends returned from a Mayan ruins tour. Top notch food & the lemon tarts...Mmmm! Both of our families had a magical time. Lynn and Althea treated us like family. We consider them like family too. Even though we were sad to leave paradise, we were more sad to leave good friends. Lynn, Althea, Emeley, Eugene, Ernest & Christian, we love you & hope to see you again soon!

This stay is absolutely stunning! It’s in one of the best locations on the Caye, and every detail of the place is so well thought-out. Highly recommend!!!! I can’t wait to stay here again!

This is the perfect little apartment in Caye Caulker! It couldn’t be in a better location, close to The Split and walkable to tons of restaurants, dive shops, and more. It even had sea views, which were a bonus. Sal was always kind and responsive. 100% recommend for a couple or solo traveler.

Cannot recommend the Bohemian more highly! Everything was even better than expected. Zen and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. They even arranged pickup and drop offs for us. Definitely recommend asking for their help booking excursions and getting recommendations. The villas are right on the ocean, each with a private dock and perfectly situated for watching sunsets. Usually AirBnBs skimp on the mattresses, but the beds here were better than a 5 star hotel - super comfortable. The grounds and bikes are kept in pristine condition by the caretaker, Noay, who quickly became a friend. He helped us find the best breakfast burritos and pupusas on the island and fished out our keys from under the dock when our 3-year-old dropped them. Caye Caulker is overall a pretty casual, laid back island. The Bohemian allows you to enjoy that vibe while still feeling pampered. Just make sure to pack bug spray. The no-see-ums were vicious.

This was perfect for a quiet get away but close to action (if that’s what you’re looking for….me, I prefer quiet). Everyone was incredibly accommodating and available. 100% recommend.

We loved everything about our stay at Pura Vida Inn! The people hosting us at the inn were extremely friendly and helpful. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, flexible with using the bicycles, recommended restaurants for us, etc. We loved that it was walkable to other louder and more lively areas of the island, but was more calm and quiet in our area. Beautiful view of the water, the pool was pristine, and the whole property was wonderfully kept. We did have to buy conditioner, but hosts provided soap and shampoo. The outdoor living space of the penthouse room was phenomenal and we quickly relaxed into our vacation. We will for sure stay here again!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We loved staying at Chila’s. Walkable to the airport (highly recommended flying to Caye Caulker!), Chila met us to get us settled. We lived on the bikes as the house is on the quiet side, which we loved. Chila was accessible, friendly and super helpful. Thank you, Chila!
