10/10 stay. Beautiful apartment with amazing views, clean, well-located, easily walkable to nearby stores, restaurants, malls, museums, and event centres. Great communication from host who anticipates guest needs for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend!

We had such a lovely stay! The place was perfectly situated right by the water, which made for the most peaceful mornings and beautiful views. It was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed—especially the well-equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking a few meals in. Everything was just right for our little vacation. Would absolutely stay again!

This was such a fun place to stay! everything is close by/walking distance with a great patio space to hangout on. Cozy, comfortable home and Alex was such a great host showing us around the place and made sure we were all set before he left. 10/10 would stay again!

What you see is what you get! Eric & Amita's place is bright, clean, accessible, and within walking distance of transit and all the amenities of downtown Vancouver. As a host, Eric is proactive and responsive. THIS is the place I will be looking to rent again next time I am in Vancouver!

We stayed at Raphael's for a week, and it was a great. The place was a bit small and it wasn't the most soundproof suite, but it was still quite reasonable and our toddler had no issue going to sleep. The suite is clean and the location is amazing, being steps away from a park and very walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Raphael was very responsive and his flexibility in letting us check in early was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. Clean and safe. The area doesn’t have the best reputation, but that has nothing to do with the building or the unit. Highly recommend it.

I stayed here for 10 days with my young son and we had a great experience. The studio had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay—comfy bed, very well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely neighbourhood perfect for walks. It’s an easy walk to the SeaBus and a great base for exploring Vancouver. As others have mentioned, the studio is underneath the family home, so you can hear footsteps and early morning activity upstairs. That didn’t bother us, as we were up early too, but it might be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper or planning to sleep in. Communication with the host was excellent—always prompt and helpful, even though we didn’t meet in person. I’d definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable exactly as described. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything super smooth. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others

Excellent accommodation, it is a nice private apartment with all amenities available. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is also quite clean. Daniel is an excellent host who is always attentive to what is needed. The location is quite good since if you go in the direction of the central park you can take a bus to the skytrain. I would certainly stay at this place again, very grateful!!!

We were super delighted with Vanessa's place...and also with the Café next door :) We knew we were not going to be downtown but it is so easy to get there and anywhere else for that matter, using buses and skytrain. It is a place we would return if the family decided to meet in Vancouver again. We live far away from each other. Vancouver was a good destination for April cherry blossom.

Had a nice couple nights here. Worth the price for sure! Clean and comfortable. Vincent is very friendly and made it super easy to check in and out. The area can be a little rough, but that was expected. I would highly recommend staying here again in the future.

Really the best place we could have stayed. we were on a Spring break vacation with little kids. right next to stadium Chinatown stop and Costco. only one stop to science world and 10 minute walk to water taxi to Granville Island. we will definitely stay again and especially for sporting events

My family of four felt right at home in this conveniently located apartment. It was so great to have secure parking, enabling us to walk or transit everywhere during our 3-night stay. Having access to the amenities of the gym and pool (and playroom) were a nice bonus to the spacious apartment. The only downside was a that we found it a bit dirty and dusty, with no broom available. Otherwise, the accommodation was better equipped than most places we’ve stayed; cooking oil, spices, hand sanitizer, fans, towels and blankets, to name a few items that were made available. I would definitely recommend staying here as a home base to explore downtown Vancouver, and the nearby attractions. We certainly hope to stay here again, if it’s available!

This place is all about location location location. Nothing special but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pull out couch bed be careful it will pull all the way out and caught a toe. Our garage fob #2 button didn’t work and luckily we didn’t need to drive anywhere until we left. Security was nice enough to give us access and let us out. I’d stay again, left safe and the city view with water was nice.

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Me and my family really enjoyed staying at the property. It was close to everything and everyone we encountered in the building were very friendly. We also loved how close the subway and grocery stores are to the apartment.

Awesome location and very cozy we would definitely love to come back in the future
