This place was way better than expected, nicely furnished, great kitchen, clean bathrooms, great rooms with good beds. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Will gladly stay at this place again if in this town again

We loved this place! It was great for our family event. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated! It is located near camps and an HEB is located right around the corner for last minute needs. Looking forward to booking again the next time we are in town!!

It's the perfect place to get away from it all. My family and I attended my daughters ring celebration and felt right at home. It is an extremely family-friendly place with a lot of board games, spacious, and an outdoor pull area that is just unbeatable. If you are visiting family or if you are looking for a weekend gateaway to relax and decompress, I highly recommend this place. It was such a pleasure to work with David. He was so responsive and attentive. We appreciate your hospitality. There's no doubt we'll be back in the future. I highly recommend it.

What a very special house! Our family and friends celebrated my son’s ring dunk and 21st birthday. He is a first generation Aggie and all of the grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. came to celebrate this special weekend. Julio was such an awesome host and did everything he could to accommodate us. The house was perfect for a large group and we can’t wait to come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor hangout area with the fireplace—it was so relaxing to sit by and unwind. The place was also very spacious, with plenty of beds for everyone and two bathrooms, which made everything convenient. The instructions provided on the whiteboard were clear and helpful, and we really appreciated that each room had a sticker with the WiFi username and password—such a thoughtful touch that made connecting our devices super easy! Parking was also a breeze, with a wide space that easily accommodated our vehicles. Plus, Nicole was very responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We so enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a football game and had everything we needed at John's place. The house was spacious and clean. The mattresses were soft and dipped toward the middle but I slept fine the two nights we were there. A few of the decorative pillows showed some wear but nothing significant. Overall a great stay and good value.

Super clean! It was also great for groups wanting privacy with each room having a bathroom attached.

We had the best time! Monica was so very kind and her home was beautiful! She thought of all the little details that really made our stay wonderful…from the welcome basket of goodies to the bottle of wine, in addition to the extras that were available she made sure our stay is one we will remember. The house is big and is not too far from campus/Kyle Field so great location. The house was very clean and the host very communicative. We’d definitely stay again!

Spent 2 nights here for Christmas at Santa’s Wonderland. 4 adults, 2 little boys, 2 dogs. This space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. My 4 year old immediately fell in love, started calling it our new house and was so sad to leave. My husband and I loved the retro feel, definitely an old house. But they did just enough for it to be super cute, functional, and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Very large space (3,000+ sq ft); each room felt very large and comfortable. Responsive hosts before and during the trip, really easy drive to places in Bryan and College Station. Would stay there again!
