Everything was perfect, the house is super equipped for all ages.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation perfectly matched the description and photos, there is plenty of space both in the house and in the garden (the children were able to play outside). The beds were very comfortable. In summary: a large, pleasant and clean house located in a small quiet village.

We had a lovely time with the family, the house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, we were 1 hour from Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva, the location was ideal and Berry hosted us super well, I would highly recommend this house.

Very well-equipped spacious house in a very quiet environment. We had a lovely weekend with the family and enjoyed the large hot tub. The house is very clean and matches the photos. Guillaume is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great time in a home with comfortable rooms and well-designed spaces. Despite the unstable weather (Easter weekend), the cottage's amenities (swimming pool, games room, cinema room, ping-pong on the covered terrace) allowed everyone (family of 3 generations) to have fun and have a good time together.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

Easter weekend spent with friends, Caroline was present on arrival to explain the functioning of the house and its outbuildings. The house is perfect for hosting many people and also well equipped for young children or even very young, there is enough to have a good time playing games of billiards, foosball, table tennis as well as ball games (weather permitting) and relaxing moments in the jacuzzi. The garden is huge with everything you need to have a good time if the weather is nice. The advantage of this house is that Caroline lives right next door if there is an issue. In the future, if we return to the area, we'll be sure to return. I would highly recommend it

Our stay was cut short due to personal issues but the short time we were there it was a great space and I recommend to anybody, very spacious and clean

We selected this cottage first for its location, exactly in the center of France. We were bringing together all our children and grandchildren from all over France for our wedding. In our selection criteria, we were especially won over by the number of rooms, the dormitory for children, the large garden, the terrace, the games room, the possibility of family walks, the large and very well equipped kitchen, and in general the beautiful volumes that make 22 people feel comfortable. It was a real pleasure to deal with Isabelle and Benoit, who are attentive, very warm, and responsive. The welcome booklet is very well done. We had a wonderful Easter weekend in the Villa de L'Arnon, and we highly recommend it. For kids and grown-ups alike, this is a really nice place.

Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Burgundy - located in a lovely hamlet. Spacious and very well appointed house with a good size heated pool. Good variety of terraces to sit out on and large sitting room with wood-burning stove for the chilly evenings. Very comfortable and easy to live in. Excellent base for walks and cycle rides and quickly into Beaune by car for the markets and restaurants.

Carole and her family are adorable. Their house is beautiful. My family and I felt right at home, the house has a lot of family activities (swimming pool, billiards, foosball etc.), that we forgot it was raining outside. 😄 The house is very well equipped, you can find everything you need to have a good time with family. We had a great time with the family at this amazing villa. Everything is thought out for everyone's comfort and enjoyment: a beautiful indoor pool, a much-loved play area, a large garden ideal for sunny days, as well as a spacious living room and a very well-equipped kitchen! The decoration is neat, with great taste and real attention to detail. Shops can be reached in 10 mins by car. The host was welcoming and available, and had the delicate attention to offer us a local product upon arrival, a gesture that we greatly appreciated. I would recommend it without hesitating and would love to go back!

A short one-night stay on site. The place is carefully decorated. Impeccable hygiene. We didn't want for anything in this place. The environment outside is quiet and surrounded by greenery that even the cold did not prevent us from enjoying. Dog walk and peaceful terrace. It's obvious that the pool must be fabulous outside of winter! Access was informed with clarity and precision with documents and photos by message. No need to contact the host (still reachable for my accepted flexibility request). For a stay close to the thermal baths, casino or good restaurants etc, I recommend it! Thanks José ✌️

We had a great time with the family, the large garden made people happy with lots of possible activities for the little ones. The house is nicely decorated and very functional, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The hostess is very welcoming and gives clear instructions. Recommended!

We were very well looked after upon arrival, with clear explanations regarding the instructions and amenities of the house. The hosts remained available throughout our stay, always with a smile and good humor. Very nice accommodation, clean with nice services. I would recommend this place 100%!!!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time in Arvière-en-Valromey in Sarah and Claude's cottage to celebrate my in-laws' 60th birthday, surrounded by the whole family: children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren! The cottage was ideal for accommodating everyone: spacious, warm and very well-equipped. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, perfect for meeting and creating beautiful memories. Thanks to the hosts for hosting and availability. A beautiful interlude in the middle of nature that we won't soon forget!
