Fab flat with amazing views! exactly as photos and clean and tidy. The local area is good, with small shops and a couple of restaurants near by if you don't want to walk into town. About 20 min walk from the sea, through the park. Good wifi in the flat, I was able to work remotely with no problems. it was useful to have a small cafe on the ground floor. The bed is comfortable and everything works in the flat as it should. The host is helpful and responds to any messages quickly. I recommend this flat if you aren't bothered about being right in the centre.

I rented an apartment for a month, great location, a 3-minute walk to the year-round Grand Market Mercury store, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, the apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows, the balcony overlooks a quiet street, in season there is also a shop in the house and a cafe behind the house. Large parking if you do not have a car nearby stop with transport to Nessebar, near the market. The apartment has everything for a long stay, and if it is a week or two, there is definitely enough of appliances and appliances, repairs and furniture are all new as in the photo. Very responsive apartment owners, always in touch with any question and ready to help. I recommend this option 100%, I was very satisfied.

Here are some details of our thoughts: Positives - beautiful terrace with very nice view over the sea - great complex with pools and very close to nice beaches - family oriented complex, rather quiet - air conditioning - good size of apartment, kept clean - two bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - very quick and friendly conversation with our host Negatives - some furniture/appliances were quite run down - when the open-air nightclub in Sveti Vlas turned up the music we could hear it throughout the whole night (it happened to us only one time on a Saturday night) Thank you very much for hosting us.

It was a pleasant stay - both Magali and Igor were very helpful and responsive. The studio is located in a holiday area, within a walking distance to the beach and shops (open until 2am). The studio is spacious and comfortable, situated in the very end of the building - there is no noise coming from the pool or street. Perfect for holidays.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.
