Vacation rentals with a pool in Bur Dubai

It is an amazing villa. Everything is perfect. Location is great as it is very near from the evenings. Definitely, it will be my first option when I come to Dubai again.

Roxy and Aziz are lovely hosts, being proactive and keen to make sure that guests have the best stay. The house was perfect for our recent visit (4 adults) whilst visiting family on an adjacent Springs. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen and towels. The bedrooms have lots of storage. The kitchen is well equipped and spotlessly clean (which is a good indicator of the cleanliness of the whole house). The washing machine and drying facilities were much appreciated as we’d just flown in from a week exploring in Oman. Location is perfect for exploring Dubai and easy to get an Uber (about 2 minutes wait), and the nearby Spinneys supermarket is very convenient.

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at the villa, and our host truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Our host was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. It felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again in the future. Lovely apartment - nice and clean. Good sports bar in complex as well as loads of bars in the hotels on the promenade near the beach. Own private beach area. The rooftop pool is beautiful with great views and a good vibe in the evening

The apartment adjusted to what we were looking for for a group of 10 people. Everything clean and tidy, with sheets, towels and what we need. The location is excellent, close to the marina where there is a lot of activity, also close to the public transport stations. Finally, the host, very attentive to us, if we were missing something, if we were good the apartment... Highly recommended….

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great

My family stayed in this apartment for a week and it was perfect for our needs. With multiple pools and a gym plus very handy local supermarket and restaurants in the area it was ideal. We would recommend Port De La Mer and would stay there again in future.

I definitely recommend Jose's place. It's, actually, better than the pictures. It's in walking distance from beautiful Marina Walk, Dubai and Beach. Even more, the view from the balcony is very nice, especially in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you for all, Jose!

Excellent place. The only good one in the whole city (seriously).

Had a great time at Sandra’s place. It’s very close to the beach and has a great view. The house is luxuriously done up and is a perfect spot for nice break. The outdoor sit out area is very cool and gives an expansive view of jbr beach and dubai eye. We stayed in the apartment in jan-feb, so it was windy and cold on the deck outside (yes, dubai can also get cold sometimes !!) but warm and welcoming indoors. If you have the budget, you should have a stay at this property at least once.
