Very cozy bright apartment, I fell in love at first sight. The area is quiet, I will definitely come back here again

Fantastic location with view across the water canal and easy walk to Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa etc. Restaurant Cafe de Paris in building open 24 hrs is very useful and beautician Dreams were very good and accomodating for short stay as well. Apartment had everything we needed and pool on level 4 was a welcome respite after long flight. Supermarket Carrefour only short walk away too. Deepak checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was suitable which was appreciated. We will stay again here when in Dubai.

When a friend of mine made a recent move to Dubai, he needed to find short-term housing that could accommodate him for at least one month. We tried booking other properties and couldn't contact the hosts. Jasmeet was wonderful in responding quickly and I was able to share her contact information, along with that of the property manager, with my friend to ensure a smooth stay. The property is so clean and affordable that my friend decided to extend his stay by one month. We are both grateful for Jasmeet's responsiveness and hospitality.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with beautiful view. Everything was fine. The owner was always responsive. We even got a New Year's gift. I highly recommend it.

Came to Dubai to visit some friends and stayed here, looked better in real life than the photos, had a great view of the desert, host was always responsive and helpful, overall was a great experience and I would come back here again!

Nitish was very responsive. He gave us a free cleaning in the middle of our stage. Highly recommended! 5 stars

This apartment could not get any better. perfect location on the marina with a few mins walk to JBR. the parking is a little tight, however this is with mist places in dubai. overall this was the best airbnb possible in dubai hands down. highly reccomend!

The apartment is excellently positioned although the area is crowded in the evening. Equipped with everything you need. The pool on the last floor is heated and extremely clean. And Despina an extraordinary host!

Definitely recommend. Place is in nice area and near by restaurant and attractions. Apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Host was very nice . He even came in person to give us water and to introduce him self . He was very responsive and communicative. Also what I love is that security in lobby is very nice and you have mini market downstairs 😉 I will definitely come back , I had a great stay !

The best place to stay so far in Dubai, with a unique view of the Palm Jumeirah - you are 300m above the ground! You can also see the eye, the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. Optimal. Very nice apartment with lots of space and everything you need. The pool and sauna area on the 4th floor are a bit obscured by the buildings around it, but I think you're on the road in Dubai a lot anyway. That's how it was with us. The hosts were available at all times and always helpful. We recommend this place to everyone and will be back for sure.

The apartment was amazing, khalid and his team does an excellent job of maintaining the place and keeping it in pristine condition so it feels very home-like and comfortable to stay at. And Khalid is truly the most wonderful host! Very quick to respond on text and he made sure everything was perfect when I arrived and texted later again after a couple of hours to ask if everything was good and if I needed anything. This shows that he genuinely cares that his guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when I visit.

Daria saved us after a nearby Airbnb scammed us and we were pleasantly surprised! The apartment was nice, had everything we needed. Location was great, 15 mins walking distance to Dubai mall. Has a view of the Burj Khalifa which we loved! recommend this property
