Safe and Comfortable, Glad to have the spacious home to allow everyone their privacy. It is bigger than the pictures look and have plenty of comfortable seating. Love that we found a place that has a TV and games for the family. The bonus of the ability to use the garage in the below.Freezing temperatures was greatly appreciated. Loved our second stay here.

My husband, friend & I spent two night at this Airbn. We came to celebrate a local friend’s Bday. We found the Lake House to be completely outfitted (kitchen, bathroom m, etc.) to host our friend for a festive dinner. The owners have done an amazing job decorating, etc. They kindly called us to ensure that everything was ok. It was truly above and beyond. It the fridge there was several items ready for breakfast such as eggs, breakfast burritos, waffles, milk, coffee, etc. In the future will definitely book again for any visits with our local friend. Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

The house was wonderful and definitely spacious. It had everything that a person needs. The bed was comfortable and clean. Our group had a great time spending it here. We would definitely recommend this house and hostess to people.

We enjoyed our stay at Delano Delight and thought the name matched the home. In a darling college neighborhood with lovely old homes decorated for the Christmas holiday, we loved the house for many reasons. And it was close to our event in downtown Wichita. Truly a lovely stay!

Lovely little loft in a great location. Feels private but downtown is still accessible. Ambience and design inside is great. Kitchen is surprisingly luxurious for a small space! It had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely come back.

Train Depot on the Ninnescah River!

I picked this place to take a walk down memory lane. My parents owned the depot 50 + years ago. This visit and the depot did not disappoint. The depot was how I remembered it, but with nice updates of indoor plumbing. We were not able to take advantage of the outdoor spaces due to much needed rain, but enjoyed being there for a mini family reunion anyway.

This house is a fantastic option in Hutch. It's in a quiet neighborhood in a great part of town. Very clean and well stocked! Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. Great backyard with room to play. We will stay again next time we're in town.

Great house for girl’s weekend, family reunion, etc. Neighborhood is quiet. House is well appointed. We left some wine glasses as we found those to be a bit short. We had extras and gladly left them for the next guests. We highly recommend this place!

I have stayed at my fair share of Air BNB locations, and this has to be my favorite so far! House was well stocked and there were clear instructions on spaces that were for guests. It was very peaceful at the house and we had a great time watching it snow while utilizing the fireplace. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Kansas!!
