Amazing place, great location, near everything in Szczecin. The place was super clean, spacious, easy to locate. Przemysław is very responsive, allowed for an early check in, provided wonderful recommendations. Overall, a truly amazing experience. Can’t wait to stay at Przemysław’s place next time I’m in Szczecin.

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment with short distance to the beach! Visit to Binz and Jasmund National Park in a lovely September was splendid.

It was an extremely successful turn of the year for us. For us, it was the first booking on Airbnb and we were surprised by so much consistency. We were received in a very friendly manner. The place was great, highly recommend it. There is everything you need. There weren't long distances. The beach was 10 minutes walking distance walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly get to the pier and beach. The apartment is well equipped and can be used well as an exit point for exploration. Very friendly hostess.

We spent some wonderful days here and felt completely comfortable. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, everything is available and state of the art. Also the beds are very comfortable! Everything is within walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants and also on the beach you are in about 10 minutes. We enjoyed the tranquility very much, because it was also easy to find here. Just went on vacation and will be happy to come back. It is made easy in such a beautiful ambiance to enjoy a break! Thanks for that.

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

The apartment is very nice, modern and well equipped. Check-in at 4 pm is a bit late and checkout 10 am again very early. If it's okay with the apartment then the apartment is perfect.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

We are always happy to be on the Baltic Sea over New Year's Eve, every time somewhere else. We liked Sellin and also the apartment very much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pier and the beach are within minutes walking distance. Were also in the fish restaurant Skipper, is highly recommended.

We stayed at Rainer's place for a week and had a wonderful vacation! By bus you can quickly get to Binz and also to Königsstuhl it is only about 40 minutes by public transport. A hike here is mandatory! The sea is practically right outside the front door - a 10-minute walk away. Shops are also nearby. The apartment is great and even nicer than the photos show. Rainer is a great host and even told us Train station picked up and drove back on departure. We will definitely be back!! 🌊☀️🥾

We felt very comfortable at Matthias's place. Everything necessary is available, great we also found the bidding instructions in the form of QR codes on the devices. A great apartment in a newly built residential complex that really has a lot to offer - playground, gym, sauna and a swimming pool with jacuzzi rounded out our vacation. The beach was also within walking distance, there are 3 supermarkets nearby - also within walking distance. The car can be left behind. We'll be back.

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

Comfortable apartment, bright, spacious and clean. Everything is as described and photographed. A convenient form of self check-in, good contact with a polite owner. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The assigned place to the apartment in the underground parking lot and unlimited access to the wellness area is a big plus of this offer.

We had a very nice stay in Kati’s apartment. Beautiful countryside surroundings, but close to everything by car. A car you do need, though. Quiet, peaceful, lush. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It’s great for the kids with the pool. Just be aware that it’s not heated, so due to not too warm weather we didn’t use it much during our stay. We strongly recommend Kati’s place!

I wanted to take a short trip to Szczecin for a very long time. I spent three days in Ewa's beautiful studio in Hanza Tower. But I have to come again, three days were too few, there is too much to see. 😇 My daughter and I were very impressed by the view, from the apartment and from the observation deck you have an indescribable view. 🥰 The elevator is great, you are quickly on the 16th floor. We forgot to book a place in the underground car park, which Ewa quickly organized for us, which I was very happy about, because there are many parking spaces but also many 😛 cars. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and the bed was comfy, slept well. We didn't like anything, Ewa took care of everything. 🌟 The wellness area is fantastic, unfortunately we had bad luck with the hot tubs, which were just cleaned/serviced and were not yet filled. But it didn't spoil us the fun 🤩

Renata, as well as her mom are super friendly ! :) messages were responded to as quickly as possible and a suitable solution was found for everything! the place is top, there is nothing to complain about at all - great location and not far from the beach. Beautiful apartment with amazing and easy access to the pool and spa area. Very responsive and helpful host, he went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible, with both early check in and late check out. Very communicative and replied fast. The apartment was beautiful and had all amenities that were needed and listed in the ad, with a beautiful view and a little welcoming gift!Close to a cozy, cute town with nice restaurants and the communication in English was good as well. Not too far from Szczecin (1hr) and Swinoujscie (40min). Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself, but also be able to be a car drive away from the big city and explore the shopping and amazing food. Thank you Christoph, will definitely be back again!
