We were absolutely blown away by this incredible home. Located in the heart of San Telmo, this 19th-century house is full of history, charm, and character. The high ceilings, grand spaces, and unique blend of antique architecture with contemporary art make it truly unforgettable. Every room is beautifully decorated and includes its own bathroom. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, expansive, and peaceful. The 25-meter pool and gym made it feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. What truly made our stay special were the lovely hosts. They live in a separate little house on the property and were the perfect combination of discreet, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling and willing to assist if needed, without ever intruding. We came with the whole family and had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something magical in Buenos Aires!

Our group of nine had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The property was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had fantastic amenities. The highlight was definitely the great pool, where we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the sun. The common areas were perfect for gathering, and the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a group stay!

We had a wonderful stay — the hosts are very responsive and gave us great recommendations for places we needed in the area. The house is also much bigger than it appears in the photos and we had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. Palermo is such a cute neighborhood with so many cafes, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very good stay, house located in the heart of Palermo, close to restaurants and bars, the house is spacious, and has a beautiful exterior (beware of mosquitoes!)

I highly recommend it, the house is huge, comfortable, spacious, with super comfortable armchairs, the kitchenware is excellent. It has a large park, quincho and swimming pool. Everything is perfectly taken care of! Paulette complied with everything agreed, we will be back!!!!

The house is divine!!! Very large and comfortable, spacious environments, very large patio and pool, all in general excellent and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the house, the patio and the pool as a family and had a wonderful time. The house is just like the photos and description and I thank Federico and his wife for their warmth, kindness and predisposition. It really is a divine house and we loved staying there with my family. We did not have any inconvenience. The area is very quiet. I will recommend this accommodation and if I have a chance I will come back.

Excellent stay for both short and long periods, it matches the description in almost everything, and in the few details that the house has I had a quick and pleasant solution, in question to cleanliness, all the common areas are very well cared for and I really felt at home... Maybe the pool table should be fixed, and a little more care in the bathroom seat. For everything else, take one of my best experiences, a lot thanks to Juan and Naty who were always attentive to all of us and without a doubt (if the room is available again) I will gladly return. Pd: your experience will be more enriching if you organize plans with the other tenants, the space is perfect for that.

Everything was excellent, with all the amenities, very clear and everything was organized. They let us check out late, leave all our bags and use all areas of the house at no extra cost. 10 points

The truth is that I felt very good and comfortable with the room and the house. There were no problems, I arrived a long time before and since the room was available Juan allowed me to enter long before the scheduled time. The place is comfortable, safe and cozy, I went personally to see River and stay a few days to relax and work with my computer. Miles the cat is super-cool and the people who work there are friendly. 100% recommended. The only drawback was a door, but there's always room for improvement, and in my particular case it didn't cause me any problems. I take it as a detail to improve.
