Listing was generally as described. Top location and good value for money! The outdoor area was mega on sunny days and everything worked with the barbecue. Perfect for a week in Buenos Aires with 4-5 visitors. Landlord was also very helpful and always available.

Excellent apartment at an excellent location! My wife and I stayed at this rental for 10 days, and we had a great time. The Recoleta location is just the best area in the city (better than Palermo in my view). The rental is well maintained and has all the amenities noted in the description. The 3 separate AC modern units worked very well. The apartment is on the third floor facing the street, with two very nice balconies that are great for chilling out with glass of wine in the evening. The hosts are very responsive and attentive. The rental includes cleaning service which was a nice perk. During our stay, I had to work online for long hours, and it was great to have a spacious office space with a very nice desk to work from. They have a good and reliable high speed internet service, and I even discussed with the host the possibility of having a back-up service just in case. We would stay here again. I have stayed at many Airbnb's, and this is definitely a 5-star rental.

Great place to stay in Palermo Hollywood. Excellent patio and view. One of the patio chairs was broken but that is a small complaint. The apartment was close to good restaurants, bakeries and gyms. The apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Maik, the host, was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

It had everything I needed for a great stay, and the location was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The space matched the listing description. It's an old apartment, with not very modern facilities, but with excellent wifi and a great location in Buenos Aires. It serves as a good dorm, at a cost-benefit that was worth it. Host Diego was kind, responsive and organized.

We had a really good stay here and enjoyed it very much! We did some stretches on the roof top terrace during sunset, it was so beautiful that we had the terrace to ourselves! The apartment is perfect for two people and has an incredible location in Palermo!

Very good apartment in terms of value for money. It was very clean and tidy. Barbara was helpful and flexible with check-in. It had everything you need in the kitchen and also in the bedrooms, very comfortable. It is very close to Palermo. It has a nice view as it is on a 15th floor. It has well-functioning elevators. The only thing close to the garbage center so you can hear trucks unloading during the night. Highly recommended!

My second time at the apartment and a perfect stay once again. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfy. Also, in a wonderful location between Palermo Soho and Hollywood. The hosts are lovely people who are very helpful and accommodating. Truly a 5/5 experience. Can't wait to stay here a third time!

Andrea is just perfect guide for new comer of BA. She was so kind and always fast to communicate with all useful information. Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.
