Family-friendly vacation rentals in Buena Vista

Casa Gemelas was a little oasis for our group of 9. We made use of all the space and amenities, which felt plenty large for our group. While we still spent time on the local beach (sunsets!), we spent most of our time at Cerritos Beach (a quick 5-min drive) since the local beach was a bit too far to walk and also carry a day’s worth of gear. Close to many restaurants, yet still felt private and secure. The wifi was a bit patchy in some areas of the house for those that were working remotely/on video calls, but otherwise worked fine! Mike was also very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely visit again!

A few minor issues with house but Wolfe took care of them straight away

Before our arrival Don provided many local recommendations that proved to be useful during our stay. We especially enjoyed our trip to El Triunfo. Don provided some history and recommendations and it made it even better. Both Don and Diana, the house manager were exceptionally responsive to any questions or issues that arose. The home itself was well stocked and included everything one would need to make the long, sandy beach enjoyable including cooler, shade, chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. During our stay, we were lucky enough to see turtles lay eggs and hatch during. We also enjoyed long walks on the beach and the adjacent desert. We loved Casa Marlin Azul and hope to return one day!

We stayed at Carol's place and it was everything we could hope for. Very quiet at nights and you can hear the ocean , not to mention a very short walk to the beach for sunset. The Jacuzzi was fantastic and the house was very clean. We bought some property in the are to build, so if this house is available at times we will definately be renting again. Many thanks Carol

I've been enjoying Cerritos Beach for years and we always enjoy staying at Villa Cerritos. it's a great location that is convenient, family friendly, and safe. there's always staff on hand if you need anything and the units are always clean. thanks again for another great vacation!

Awesome spot, the pictures were accurate but Andrew’s place is even more spacious and delightful than the pictures really can show. Easy walk to the beach and the pool/hot tubs are fantastic! We hope to be back next year!

The description is not accurate! It is even more spectacular than I thought it would be. We absolutely loved the place! The 2 main bedrooms are nicely separate and the third bedroom cozy for kids or adults. The kitchen is well equipped and set up for some good cooking while you look out across the pool and hot tub to the arroyo. Plenty of birds to view also from indoors and out. Dining on the outside table was perfect any time of the day. Comfy outdoor furniture made for great hanging out when we weren't in the spa or pool. Loved the "salt water". Very fresh (not salty at all) and no chlorine or other chemical smell. When the coffee pot died, Josefina had another one on our doorstep the next morning. Overall I would love to spend more time here. Peaceful, lovely place to be.

Pure serenity!!! This is one of the best properties I've ever stayed in. Close to El Pescadero, Cerritos and Todos Santos but just far enough away that it feels like your own private resort with your own private beach. The property sits on an expansive lot, the pool is awesome and has views of the ocean as you sit poolside. Sharon also has the sweetest dogs Oliver and Cassie. Enjoy your stay!!!

My husband and I rented Casita de la Luna for a week. The location was perfect : peaceful , private , and beautiful .It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach where you can walk forever and watch whales frolic ! The surf break “La Pastora “ is not far down the road . The studio casita was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We watched the sunsets and whales from the patio and roof deck. Cathy was a very responsive hostess, making sure we were comfortable and had questions answered . I highly recommend this property for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation . We certainly want to come back.

Our Casa was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay again!

Awesome stay near the beach, ideal to spend a few days in the nature

I stayed in the studio for a month, and everything was great. Caroline was a fantastic host, and was very helpful to me. Everything you need is within walking distance: Bars, restaurants, groceries laundry etc, but you might want to have your own transportation for longer stays. The beach is easily reached on foot as well. Overall, an excellent place for a solo traveller like myself, or a couple. Fantastic value! Thanks for having me!

Our first time to Todos Santos and we can’t wait to book again at Steve and Marlie’s place. Unfortunately the owners were out of town on our visit but the manager Ernie and their pool guy helped us with everything on site. Prior to our arrival our communication with the owners was amazing. Everyone of my many many questions were answered! The house and view were stunning. Due to a national propane shortage the pool was unable to be heated…with the proper amount of tequila we didn’t notice the chilly waters at all! Sure it would have been great to have a warmer pool but when life gives you limes and lemons make margaritas!! The house dog was so sweet and she actually barks upon anyone entering the property. Great guard dog. I rented a car at airport and drove in. Suggestion: take few screen shots of satellite map on your phone(there pool is unique) and you won’t have a issue locating the house upon your arrival. Oh and speed bumps are not painted in Todos Santos….go slow on way in until you learn the spots! Overall….5 stars!!!

Brian was an excellent host with an incredible home right on the water. The pictures got us very excited about being right on the beach and the actual location and house were even better than we expected. the town is great and Brian made our stay very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Rodrigo was very accommodating, giving us plenty of supplies and helping us navigate to the house. Make sure to give him a call when you’re close as GPS can lead you astray. Lovely views of the ocean, away from the hustle and bustle of town. Would love to go back again soon!

Loved our stay at Casa Leon. The place was located in a very peaceful area of Pescadero which is perfectly located 10 minutes from a great surfing beach in Cerritos. The town of Todos Santos is just a quick 15 minute drive. The beach is a very short walk from the house and there are several amazing restaurants that are really close to the house (10-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive). Definitely recommend having a car for this location. The house is decorated incredibly well. The beds, pillows, bedding were super comfortable. Even the outdoor furniture was great. The pool was delightful to chill in after a long day at the local beaches. The kitchen had all the things you needed but you should plan on buying all the staples (like butter, oil) as there was only really salt and pepper available. Whit was incredibly responsive leading up to the stay helping us get set up with a chef for night one and helping to provision the house as we didn't want to spend our limited time shopping.

I really cant say enough about Rachelle's space. I went there for beach time and I literally couldn't have been closer. They are the last residential road before the beach access road and 3 minute walk takes you from the gated private community entrance to the beach. The space itself was clean and comfortable. We mostly cooked while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gated community that her space is in was quiet and felt totally safe. the pool was a nice way to finish a day after the beach and the bathroom had a door to the outside so you could go directly to the shower without having to traipse through the house first. As a surfer who spent every morning on the water, this was a plus. I loved this space and will absolutely be renting it again when I come back.

We loved our stay here. The space was clean and homey with everything we needed in the kitchen. The access to the beach was fantastic and we regularly saw whales from the upstairs space.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile and a quick tour of property to show us anything and everything we would need to know during our stay. It is close to town, shops, restaurants, etc. but nicely far enough out of town that it is peaceful and quiet at night. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed cooking carne asada on the outdoor fire pit grill! And the pool is in a separate fenced off area which worked really well for keeping our kids safe!

We had a wonderful week here! Excellent location and such helpful, easily accessible hosts. We had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful 5 days at the home. The location in Las Tunas is ideal - there are some great cafes and taco stands around the corner and just a quick drive into downtown. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Our 12 year old daughter loved the pool, which feels like a private oasis. A wonderful home in a perfect location.

Lovely home, surrounded by beautiful flowers and relaxing areas to enjoy the outdoors. Erika had so many great recommendations! It was pretty hot when we visited, so we stayed in the shade and pool a lot. Would definitely recommend!

staying out on the east Cape is always an adventure. these guys go out of their way to make your stay as fun as possible. there's beach chairs, umbrellas, a couple longboards, boogie boards etc. the AC is good and the pool is sparkling clean.

Hands down one of the most uniquely cool properties we have stayed.
