Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Budoni

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice neighborhood and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short path to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private car parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. We enjoyed the peace and the sunrises the most, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded very quickly to our questions. Thank you Alessio!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We had a very nice time. Our children loved all the kind and sweet animals and the pool. The pool area was a beautiful place, it was just a little walk from our house. Monia and Luca are very kind and they taking care about their garden and animals. Everything was clean and looked nice.

Alessio was very flexible with check in and check out. He explained everything in the house and sent us additional information by email. He was super sweet and helpful. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped and there were even spices, oil, water, wine, cookies, coffee ... a nice welcome package. The rooms are large and on the terrace we could have breakfast every morning. We got towels and beach towels for every guest. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes and very nice. For shopping we are to Budoni, it only takes about 10 minutes. You urgently need a car The house is very well connected to the highway and is very convenient to explore the area. We have made beautiful excursions. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitoes. There are no mosquito screens, but each bed has a mosquito net that protects you at night. There are air conditioners in the two bedrooms, but ventilation was not possible without grids at the windows. We had a wonderful 4 days!!

Carlo and Anna's house is very well located, close to shops and good restaurants (between 5’ and 10’). The equipment is complete, there is nothing missing from the kitchen or sanitary level. It's a new house and it feels great as soon as you get there. The swimming pool is of good size, the place is also very quiet. To conclude, this house is perfect for a good holiday, especially since Carlo and Anna are very responsive to the slightest request. A big thank you to Carlo for hosting us.

A place with a captivating view of the sea and a nearby island. You can spend your entire vacation on this deck. Private garden. Near several beaches belonging to the resort, hot water, sand, a portion of the bottom with stones. Great place for a 2+2 or 2+3 family. You can use a car or a willingness to walk in a beautiful neighborhood - shops and a nearby harbor are about 1.5 km away. Extremely helpful host. We came for a few days for a full-day rest and we were surprised by the lack of a shop in the immediate area. Maria Rosa offered to drive us to the store and wait for us to shop for a few days. Thanks to the rest of the stay, we were able to spend a carefree rest.

We had a great time. The apartment and its location are also perfect for a holiday with small children. The large garden with a covered terrace offers children plenty of opportunities to get around and play in the open air. We really liked the open air shower and a barbecue space. The area is quiet and very close to the sea! After a 10-minute walk, you can reach a beautiful sandy beach with clear, shallow water. Riccardo was very helpful and sociable. It was a great holiday for us.

Very well cleaned apartment on the second floor of a villa located in the pine forest with a garden equipped with 2 hammocks, wooden tables and benches and benches well protected from the sun. BBQ and outdoor masonry oven and also an outdoor washing machine and 2 showers. Bed linens, bathroom, and kitchen in perfect condition. Car parking possible in the pine forest or even on the property. Access to the sea a few minutes away by foot at a comfortable and pretty cove with transparent sea. Beautiful peaceful place with kind host.

I had one of the nicest weeks of my life in this gorgeous accommodation during February. The surrounding nature is astonishing and easily accessible within a few minutes by car. The accommodation had a nice garden and was super clean. Roberto and his family were very proactive and friendly in their communication, which gave me comfort as a solo traveller. Definitely recommendable , thank you for everything.

Our stay at Lorenzo's place was all what we could have asked for. The house is wonderful and the location hard to beat. We were there in winter and had the beach basically to ourselves. Lorenzo is a great host, very attentive. We will come again.

Milina is an amazing hostess. Place was spacious and spotless and a great base for exploring the local mountains and beaches.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Paolo and his wife were extremely available for very flexible check-in and check-out. A small problem with the front door lock was quickly resolved in the day and Paolo was kind enough to also bring us a tray with typical Sardinian sweets. It was also always easily accessible even if it was not needed and he took care to ask us halfway through the vacation if everything was okay. The apartment, as described, is clean, fully equipped and directly on the sea: wonderful to be able to have lunch and dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is a parking space inside the property and also the outdoor hot shower, very comfortable to avoid bringing sand and dirt inside the apartment. The sea needs no description: crystal clear as only Sardinia can be. What can I say: it's too bad the vacation is over. Thank you to Paolo and his family for your kindness and courtesy.
