Beach house vacation rentals in Budoni

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

Lovely stay, great location with easy walk to centre, beach and supermarket.

Piero's house makes you feel right at home. Everything is nicely furnished and you have plenty of space. Also in the garden you can make yourself comfortable on the loungers or the covered lounge. The beautiful beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 min. We liked it very much and we can recommend the house and Piero as a landlord with the best conscience.

Communication with Michele is excellent and Paolo is available on site. House is located in a very pleasant, quiet and well-kept area. It is well equipped and you feel very comfortable. A very well-kept pool system with sufficient loungers can be reached in about 2 minutes and a beautiful swimming bay can be reached by a small path in about 5 minutes. The place is highly recommended.

Best location and view from the large balcony is spectacular with both beach, marina and city views.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

A beautiful location!!! The view from the rear of the property was spectacular. Very compact and comfortable apartment with a lovely outside sitting area. The grounds are really well managed and very pretty. A car is necessary as only a cafe and restaurant within walking distance, but the village is a great base to explore the surrounding area. Pool is wonderful and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

We had a fabulous stay at this AirBnB. The house is super lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds are large and comfy and the AC works well. The outside area is the best part with a wonderful pool and sun loungers. The villa has a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants / bars and the beach, but we also found it helpful to have a hire car to explore some other beaches. The waste disposal in Sardinia is quite specific so make sure you clearly understand on check in. Overall a delightful stay and would recommend this villa!

Great place to stay for your Sardinia vacation. Very nice and fast communication. Perfect pool and very relaxing.

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Monroe - many thanks to Silke and Cinzia for making our stay so enjoyable and in particular to Silke for heating the swimming pool during variable weather in October - a lifesaver with three young children! The villa is well located near San Teodoro town. The swimming pool is well sized, heated and the outdoor terrace is fantastic for eating and relaxing. Bedrooms are all en suite and comfortable. Because we visited out of season (UK October half term), several restaurants and most beach bars in the local area were closed for the season - this didn’t matter as there are lots of great restaurants in Olbia (Essenza Bistrot in Michelin Guide is superb and very child friendly) but still a consideration if going out of season. We really enjoyed Lu Impostu and Spiaggia Cala Sassari (further afield near Golfo Aranci). We would definitely recommend.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total peace! Beautiful beach within walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

Mega great apartment. Loved it. Very nice furnishings. Located right on the beach. We have canceled our next listing and extended the stay. We called it Peter Pan house. I can highly recommend the accommodation. The only criticisms are: no wifi, a lot of private items from the host on site, and a non-transparent pricing policy. There is no charge as with other Airbnb's per apartment, but per guest. Otherwise, the apartment is awesome!

Great experience! Antonello's place is even better than the pictures. The home has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, you also have dish sponges, detergent, dish towels, cleaning equipment, dishes, everything! Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge. The AC for heating/cooling works perfectly! The view from the balcony is great too! Pittulongo is a wonderful little place with all the amenities you need for a comfortable vacation. Within walking distance are wonderful beaches, a market, tobacco and several restaurants the same as the bus stop to Olbia. I would definitely recommend Antonello's place!

A super equipped house with kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine, a great terrace with a sensational sea view. Several beautiful bays are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. We were two in the house and felt very comfortable. The contact with Sergio went smoothly and was very friendly.

We had a lovely few days in this pretty cottage. It was well placed to walk to the beach. The area was peaceful. Gina was very helpful and her flexibility over check in was much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend.
