My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!

Stunning views from family home

Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .

Amazing views, huge waves, lovely place to be whatever the weather. Very warm, large living area. Great communication from hosts. Nobody in the apartment beneath us but it feels really solid so don't think we'd hear each other very much and there's always the sound of the sea. The biggest bed ever and really comfortable. Large 60/40 fridge-freezer. Very clean and well presented.

Had the most amazing week at Kelly’s place. 6 of us stayed with plenty of room. Perfect location and few minutes walk into town, lots of fabulous choices for food and drink. Plus some great shops. 4 beaches to choose from, all a short walk from the property. St Ives has everything you can ask for from a holiday location. We all learnt to surf, ( put it on your bucket list) and had a wonderful evening at the Minack Theatre a short drive away. Plus Land’s end and the Eden Project all within easy reach. All in all a perfect place to stay. As for our host Kelly, she was brilliant, lots of helpful hints and recommendations. Got back to us very quickly when we had anything to ask and a very clean property. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to St Ives

What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Excellent location and hosts. Beautiful, Serene surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. Hosts Valerie and Tony were wonderful and so was their property. Beautifully set up and decorated, including some photographs taken by Tony himself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet stay. A bit far from the usual places, meaning you will need your own transportation. But well worth it. Look forward to staying there again

We have just got back from a lovely stay here, really beautiful place. Our 2 year old daughter loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi was such a treat. Steve was an absolutely wonderful host—so pleasant, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His apartment is a true gem—full of charm and comfort, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning view was pure bliss. What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

Lovely accommodation, Thomas was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with lots of information about the accommodation and area. Lovely beaches. On-site pool was difficult to book as was booked out well in advance, so we struggled to use it sadly but that was beyond Thomas’ control. Would definitely visit again!
