Stayed here for a few months and absolutely loved the space! The location felt very central—it's close to downtown, the Domain, etc. The apartment is in great condition, and Kaya is a very responsive and kind host!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Loved this place!!! Right in the middle of everything. Home was comfortable. Being right in the middle of the Domain was so much fun. We tried all the different restaurants which were just a walk away!

Such a nice peaceful place nestled in beautiful trees. The house is extremely private and perfect for a quiet getaway!

Great place to stay. Kid friendly home. It was a great quiet place for us to hang out while in Austin for some sporting events. They were super responsive and helpful!

Bahram's place was perfect and everything we hoped for and more. The king-sized bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and the house had room to spread out and relax. The washer and dryer was a nice bonus as we arrived after already having spent a week on the road so it was nice to be able to get some laundry done. The location is close to downtown San Marcos but also allows you to access a variety of locations very easily. Bahram was very responsive to our questions and requests and very friendly in all our interactions. We absolutely recommend this place and hope to return here ourselves on future visits to the San Marcos area.

Everything was as described. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay! The location is prime, it was a quick drive/Uber to lots of attractions and great bars/restaurants in the city. The space, itself was so cozy and inviting. The hosts were so proactive and were great communicators, I got great recommendations from them. I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing location and beautifully furnished. For a Moms Getaway it was perfect - quiet, lots of hiking/walking opportunities, and amenities were on point. The host also paid great attention to detail to the inside furnishings and decor, and everyone felt at home right from the start. Highly, highly recommend!

First, the building itself is very nice with super courteous valet. The check in process was very easy as well. The unit was very clean and pretty much exactly like in the photos (if anything, it’s nicer in person). I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

We enjoy staying here when we’re in town to see family. The condo is cute, clean and comfortable. We love the view of the beautiful courthouse.
