A cozy firepit area is arranged with several gray Adirondack chairs surrounding a circular gravel space. A spacious deck is visible in the background, framed by trees and greenery, with a charming house partially obscured by foliage.

Murray Wynne on the Towpath

TraciRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The absolutely perfect location for a visit in the Stockton, New Hope, Lambertville area. Back gate opens directly onto the tow path that follows the Delaware river and an easy, short walk to the downtown. Jessica is an incredibly attentive and helpful host and her home is spotless and comfortable. It was just me and my husband and our dogs, but we couldn’t help but think how great the house would be to host a bigger family weekend/getaway. We will definitely book again!

Upper Black Eddy Home w/ Delaware River Access!

ErinRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Absolutely loved staying here. The owners made us feel like we were part of the family staying. The layout is amazing allowing two families to stay in one place and have different areas of the house. The area is gorgeous with so much history. The restaurants are amazing and unique. Hands down the Narrows was the best! Will definitely be back with our children next!
The exterior of a spacious waterfront house is seen, surrounded by lush greenery. A wooden dock extends into the water, leading to a small boat. Red chairs are positioned on a porch, providing a comfortable spot to enjoy the serene view.

This was our third time staying at Sue's place. It is a great location, plenty of space to move around with adults and kids, well equipped. Very responsive to questions.

HGTV Bucks County River Home

ScottRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an amazing multigenerational family retreat. Joan, our host, is a friendly and highly skilled communicator that discussed our needs & the property amenities before and during our stay to ensure we had a stress-free stay so we could focus on relaxing and enjoying family. The kitchen was provisioned with everything we needed to prepare and serve family favorite meals for 12. Bedrooms and sitting areas on each floor allowed family to either congregate or spend time in quiet. The elevator made it easy for young and old to move floor to floor especially for those with luggage, walkers or bad knees. Even with cool, rainy weather we found the unobstructed view of the river relaxing as we watched boats, fishermen, water fowl and even a juvenile eagle. Once the sun came out, we walked along the canal and stopped at a nearby coffee roaster for coffee and ice cream. Can’t wait to return to use the grill, bicycles, and canoe/kayaks or spend an afternoon in Frenchtown or New Hope.

Romantic Riverside Retreat

DonnaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Can't say enough about how terrific Cheryl's place is. The river views are gorgeous and the location is perfect for walking to so many Lambertville and New Hope shops, sights, and restaurants. The home is incredibly well appointed and attention to detail is very impressive: so many beautiful, interesting, and comfortable features. The kitchen is so well stocked for cooking, and Cheryl provided all sorts of extras in the frig, etc., for guests to use. She was also very helpful with local recommendations and readily accommodated our logistical needs. I highly recommend this excellent property!

Charming & Whimsical Historic River Home

EmilyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Our stay was just what we needed. Beautifully located by the river, with a beautiful area to safely walk or bike. The rooms comfortable fit my husband and I and our three kids. We were provided with plenty of firewood for the fireplace but had to get lighter fluid to start it. Bring your own coffee/cream and sugar as there was only decaf, or instant available. But plenty of tea for tea drinkers!! Overall, this was a lovely stay!
