Natalie is the quintessentially proactive and hospitable host. House was clean and well kept. Whenever I needed anything Natalie was on top of it promptly. Highly recommend for professionals looking for a quiet, affordable room.

Andrea's place was great. Andrea and her husband were very friendly and accommodating but also gave us space when we had to run in and out. Comfy clean room and bathroom (just across the hall). Beautiful artsy home that felt like a victorian bed and breakfast. She made a delicious healthy breakfast and made us feel right at home.

Bill and Sharon welcomed us like family! Their house was peaceful and spotlessly clean, and they made us amazing breakfasts. The kids had so much fun playing in the play room. The whole experience was a much needed oasis in the midst of a very busy trip. We felt so loved and cared for, and they were such a highlight for us.

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Janice's home in New Hope. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so we werent able to use the pool, however, we did very much enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Janice's home is perfectly located for anyone looking for a getaway in New Hope - the house is less than 5 minutes from Peddlers Village and about 10 minutes from New Hope and Lambertville. The house itself is nice with a well stocked kitchen, outdoor fireplace and swimming pool! The house is quite old therefore the house comes with quirks you would expect of an old stone home but the grounds were lovely & we hope to return at some point for a weekend when we are able to use the pool! Janice was a very communicative host & worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible, quickly responding to our questions and requests.

Megan is an excellent host… friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. Her house is clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. Fresh biscuits and coffee! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Outstanding Airbnb. Private home but we had entire second floor including our own kitchen and access to an outside second floor rooftop patio! Just a beautiful place!

Second time staying at Kimberlee's home and it was as fantastic as previous trip last year. Added bonus was actually meeting and spending a little time with her and charming husband. This is a super rural home lovingly decorated and cared for. So many interesting interior design elements and luscious gardens and grounds. Within easy 15 minute drive to Frenchtown, Delaware River, and many other riverfront towns. Kimberlee was so helpful in accommodating changes to our schedule as we made changes arriving. Very easy and quick response to any and all communication. Very much looking forward to future stays in this comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming home!

I love staying here, and I would totally recommend to anyone! It’s a beautiful property & home, and both Annette and Daniel are very kind and helpful. It’s very quiet and serene, and the room & amenities are in pristine condition and you do feel right at home here.

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. Flint Hill Farm is my go-to place when I visit that part of the country. Thanks so much, Kathy. Susan

Very clean house! Chris was very helpful from providing directions for checking in to providing information on local attractions in the welcome packet after check in. We felt right at home. Walking distance to Keswick theatre. Very safe area walking. His dog Zeus was very friendly. A big puppy. :) For those worried about dog hair, he does not allow the dog upstairs in the bedrooms, so no worries.

This is a lovely location. There's a fair amount of traffic on the nearby bridge, but it was totally quiet by 10 pm and peaceful until about 7:30 am. The room was small but well appointed and supplied with everything promised. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and generous. This was an exceptionally nice 3-day getaway.

The location was really beautiful and a great place to stay as it was close to town where there were plenty of places to eat and walk around to. Tracy, Rodney, Freud, and the girls were all very accommodating!

Exceptional host! Spotless, stylish, and comfortable property. Appreciated the hand written personalized cards welcoming me and my daughter. The fresh eggs from the house chickens were great. The kitchen is well stocked and it was a bonus to be able to use it. A little out in the beautiful rolling countryside (a plus depending on what you are looking for), though only a 10 min drive to shops/restaurants in Hellertown and 15-20 min to Bethlehem. Enjoyed our conversations with the host, Tracy. She was very accommodating with special requests. We’d be happy to come back to stay again.

My daughter and I couldn't have dreamed up a better experience at Cheryl's charming, historical B&B! Firstly, Cheryl made our stay not only comfortable, but memorable. She is so warm, kind, attentive, and helpful. Her breakfasts were tasty, and we felt completely at home! She also served as a tour guide, directing us to great spots to visit. The B&B itself is beyond lovely! The historical home is decorated beautifully, and it is inviting on every conceivable level. The room is comfy and intriguing, and the spa bathroom is such a special touch--a true retreat for the weary soul. The grounds were sprawling and manicured gorgeously. The area itself is reminiscent of the English countryside. As a nature lover, I was in heaven. The town is only a short drive from Cheryl's enchanting B&B, so you receive the best of both worlds! My daughter and I will certainly return! If I could, I'd give Cheryl and this B&B all the stars in the sky as a rating.
