We loved staying at Peta’s place! Her home was absolutely lovely and in pristine condition! Everything was just as described! We especially loved having a clean, open space for our babies to play in! Would highly recommend this place to others and we look forward to staying again in the future!

My friends and I booked this location for a girls trip. It was pretty close to everything we had planned. The house was beautiful and felt so homey. Our favorite part was the balcony. We spent a lot of time out there and enjoyed ourselves. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. I’d like to mention that we ran out of toilet paper and our Airbnb Hosts were on it and dropped off additional rolls, which we were so grateful for. They checked in multiple times during our stay!If I ever visit Atlanta again, I’d definitely book again.

This place is pretty good. Communication with host was within mins and small issues were corrected within the hour. This is a basement apartment with a trail that leads from the front to the back of the house with a private door. There are a lot of bugs due to the lighting outside, but that GA for you. Overall not a bad place to stay at.

Would highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to find a place in Atlanta! the house was well stocked and just what we needed. Our host Amy even went out of their way to provide a pack n play and high chair to make our stay even better. Everything felt like 10-20 min drive depending on where we wanted to go.

I wish I could award Anna and her husband 10 out of 5 stars! They were exemplary hosts from start to finish, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and very thoughtfully stocked with all of the essentials (and then some) for a week long stay. Anna herself was always easily accessible and highly responsive whenever my wife and I had questions for her related to use of the space. I’d never been to ATL before, but I was thrilled that the Charmer was located in a walkable neighborhood with quite a bit of options for shopping, eating, and leisure. Whenever we make a return trip to the city, the Charmer will definitely be on our list of preferred accommodations.

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! My friends and I had wonderful stay at Matt's home located in the Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The location could not be better, very central, a very short walking distance to the Restaurant, clubhouse pool and golf course. This was my second time staying at this home and plan to make it the main lodging place as I continue to travel there for pleasure and business. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4-8 people. It has two levels of living space so it was nice when a few of us wanted to chill in the living room upstairs. Matt was very responsive to my emails, sent my friends their gate passes, check in and check out and was easy. I'm looking forward to booking my next stay with Matt very soon!
