This cottage is located in a quiet, tree filled neighborhood yet is very close to all the restaurants and activities of Decatur. The place is private, roomy, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot and my small dogs had a blast. This was perfect for us especially since we had plans to do some touristy things. It’s also close to a lot of cute shops + a marta station you can hop on to go downtown

We were Lake Claire neighbors of Kelly’s and decided to treat ourselves to her cottage while we moved. What a delightful respite from the hectic moving process! Like us, you’ll find the accommodation perfect for a couple. On a quiet street in a highly sought after neighborhood, this relaxing and comfortable cottage is well appointed—good kitchen and bath with a sunny screened porch as well. We hope you find it as enjoyable as we did.

This is a great place to stay for anyone visiting Emory. I loved being able to do everything I needed without getting in the car! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

I am a professional female who travels to Decatur often for business, family and was a previous host myself. Dawn’s place is a gem, a perfect place to unwind, feel safe and at home. Impeccable, cozy and private. The bed is extremely comfortable, the living room and decor felt nestled in a little cabin, instant hot water and wonderful shower. Dawn was very accommodating, quick to reply with friendly communication. The location for my needs was perfect. Walkable to my favorite locally owned restaurants I frequent when in Decatur. This is an extremely clean apartment above what seems to be a garage looking out on a green yard. Joe was extremely kind and helpful in getting me in the place. The bedding is magically comfortable and made it a perfect place to get a good night’s sleep. I like that I was able to walk to all the fun spots in Decatur.

Great place! Super easy to access for our trip to quickly get to and from the interstate.

Stayed here for several weeks and I loved every moment! Mary is unbeatable as a host. Calling her proactive doesn’t even do it justice. She’s kind and always ahead of whatever one might need. Things to be mindful of: if you’re walking to beltline don’t turn right out of the property and take the main road. You’re better off going left, around to the other side of the block, and taking back roads down to old fourth ward park — the main road out to the right is too busy and feels unsafe to walk sometimes. Also, the fridge is very small — if you’re there for a week or a few days it’s fine, but if you are staying longer term it’s definitely something to be mindful of. Recommend this place 10/10. Overall it’s pricey, no doubt, but a beautiful spot where you truly forget you’re in a major city. Couldn’t recommend more!

Robert’s place was in top tier condition. It was spotless, it was scenic, it was very private, and we felt RIGHT at home. I will absolutely be staying here again. VERY soon. Robert was very communicative, he explained everything in great detail. He answered questions before they even became questions. I would highly recommend this place as a nice vacation spot or weekend getaway.

Megan communicated proactively, but also let me do my thing. The place was clean, private, and well-appointed. I'd definitely stay again.

Finding this gem was super easy and Joshua was extremely responsive. He had it decorated for the holidays and we had fresh firewood for the firepit. 😍 The hot tub was the perfect temperature and super private. The neighborhood was adorable with a park across the street and a market that only took us 5 minutes to walk to. We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jay and Raegan's place. The newly constructed/renovated space was exactly as it is shown in the pictures, and the description is very accurate. It's very clean, crisp, and well-appointed; with plenty of natural light from all sides when the blinds are opened. The treats they left for us were top-notch, definitely several cuts above the usual level that most hosts provide. The fold-down bed was more comfortable than our own bed at home, and we slept soundly and comfortably. Though access to the space is via the drive behind the owners' house, we had complete privacy, peace, and quiet. Parking on the street was easy and secure (very few other cars are parked on this quiet street, so there's no trouble finding a spot), and we appreciated being able to pull right up to the door of the apartment for unloading and loading our car. The location is very convenient to most intown locations that we needed to get to. Looking forward to a return visit sometime!

Great stay! Quiet location, great neighborhood, and clear directions for arrival and entry into the apartment. The space is large, comfortable, and very clean. Had everything we needed, and we appreciated touches like clear labeling for light switches. Would gladly stay here again!

This place was absolutely lovely! we came down from florida to stay for a Convention that was only a few minutes from this location which was absolutely perfect! there we're so many things close by that the farthest we had to drive was only 20 minutes away! the place was clean, cozy, and perfect! checking in was absolutely easy and anytime where was a problem they were always great at communication. they also were very understanding with us having an extra person which i appreciate so much! overall we would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again!

Truly excellent find in Atlanta. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe, yet still conveniently located. The space is cozy—while not large, it did not feel claustrophobic and it was easy to feel right at home. Amenities were as described, and both arrival and departure instructions were clear. When I had questions, owners were prompt to respond with detailed answers. Would definitely consider a return stay next time I'm in the area.

If you’re looking for a place where you can relax or catch up on much needed rest this is the place for you. The decor is beautiful, plenty of lighting, the bed is comfortable, and much more. It’s definitely one of the best Airbnb I’ve been in. If I could live here I would.

Though this listing is attached to the main house, it has its own window unit HVAC, so is truly air-gapped (for those who care about airborne pandemic prevention). Parking is in a covered carport, with the code access door right there in the carport. There is a curiously well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, and, in fact, the whole place is well-appointed, with the feel of high-end professional AirBnB hosting, e.g. organic full spice rack, extensive tea selection, etc. The bathroom is a full bath with a standard-sized quality tub/shower, marble tiles, and numerous amenities in case you forgot something. WiFi worked fine. The kitchen and living room are one room, with a standard couch, small table and chairs. The bed was comfortable with good pillows and bedding, and effective blackout shades. The window unit HVAC runs a touch loud, and is right in the bedroom, so, if you are a light sleeper, might be an issue. Otherwise, all good, and I would stay there again.

What a great place! We had a fantastic stay. The space was perfect for our four adults and a child—and squeaky clean. The cottage was within walking distance of everything! The neighborhood is super funky and fun. We would 100% stay again!

We stayed here for about 4 weeks and very much enjoyed our time at the Carriage House. The place has everything you could need for a long term stay and is beautifully decorated. Great location in a safe neighbourhood. Jean and Ross are great hosts who respond very quickly if you have any questions. Also they provided good recommondations for places to eat. We would defintily stay again!
