The place is really beautiful, it's a very nice, quiet and above all safe area. Very conveniently located and you can get around at any time without difficulty. It is worth noting how easy it is to enter the apartment, since no key is required, only a code.

Spectacular | Full apartment on Ingleses Beach

We checked out close to 1am with the instructions we received, everything super clear. The apartment is in optimal condition, very well equipped, all new, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It also has everything you need for the beach, and is located 80m from the sea. The key access to the building and the apartment makes it very comfortable and safe. Garages are spacious. We spent 10 days with my wife and had an amazing time, like at home. And from now Rodrigo is always very attentive to what we need, a luxury host! Thank you Rodrigo!

My family and I feel at home at the lodging of Mr. Juceli, the apartment is comfortable and corresponds exactly as in photos and description, is close to markets, pharmacies, etc., the beach is very quiet to arrive, the host always quick to answer questions. I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable apartment 80 meters from the sea

We had a great stay in the apartment! The space is like in the photos, it has everything that is needed to meet those who stay - including small details that, for those who arrive, are extremely functional differentials: toilet paper in the bathroom, soap and dish detergent, salt and cooking oil, etc. Fernando was extremely kind, gave us tips of places to visit and proved available for any eventuality. The condominium is excellent, the pool is wonderful, the mini market 24h is extremely useful. Just cross the street and we're already at the beach. The facial recognition system works perfectly and has a great restaurant at the bottom of the building. We will certainly be back!

Overall, I got a very nice experience over Luis's apartment. Everything was very clean, furniture is new and the apartment is bigger than the pictures. There's a balcony that gives you a nice view from Canasvieira's Beach. The neighborhood itself has a nice infrastructure, is very secure and is very tourist-oriented. You also can go to some great places, which are near the apartment.

Everything excellent, the apartment is as shown in the photos, easy access, has everything around, the owner is always available and concerned with the guests, huge balcony to enjoy the view, and relax, quiet, everything is the same as in the photos. Super recommended and I'll be back for sure.

I will first talk about the app's listing that goes like this: the check-in after 8:00 pm will be charged 60.00 reais and after 22:00 80,0 reias , because after payment the real estate staff informed me other amounts . This happened because the ap is leased by a real estate company and not by the host. The ap is beautiful and comfortable, with a hotel shower, everything very clean and everything new. The beach in front of the ap is good, but at the end of it there is a bridge that gives access to two more beautiful beaches. We went to seputura beach about 15 minutes by car from ap, others to wonder mainly for those who have a child, because it looks like a lake, but it has to go early because it is small and soon it is full, for those who are advised to take cooler and snack because the restaurant that exists there is very expensive a portion of 120.00 real shrimp that did not even have 250 grams they charge tb the chair and guard the sun, but you can take yours. This beach can not be missed in your itinerary.

The ap is wonderful, very close to everything... best apartment that I stayed in itapema... every clean smelly you guard the car and do everything else for being in the center of everything... Great hosts. They waited for us with a pudding. I had the bad experience of being cheated by a taxi driver in terms of the amount he charged me from the airport to the accommodation, and when I mentioned it to Nicolau on his own initiative, he offered to go with me to file a police report a couple of blocks away. We'll definitely be back.

Angelita was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with solutions to specific needs to make our stay more comfortable, even when it was not her obligation. The area is spectacular, you can do everything on foot (downtown and beach). I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

The property is on the 21st floor, and the building is very well located. It has a covered garage (which fits an SUV). One of the advantages of this property is that it is only 500 meters from the beach and it is easy to do everything in the center on foot, you do not need to leave with the car or pay for parking. The apartment features traditional amenities with a balcony, bedroom, living room, service area and bathroom. Everything works perfectly and with quick responses from the Host. It would return for sure.
