A entire home consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a king bed, one bathroom (complete with bathtub) and a large kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outside deck offers views over the surrounding neighbourhood and paddocks with beautiful sunsets on the right night. This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or groups. 4 bedrooms 1 x king 1 x queen / office desk 1 x queen 1 x triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top - top kids only - 100kg max) Master with newly renovated ensuite. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.
