The hills of Endicott and Little Italy are among the best kept secrets of upstate NY’s Southern Tier, and this beautiful, well-appointed, pristine apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of it. Anthony and Natalia are exceptional hosts! They reached out to me in advance of arrival and during my stay to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend them and their lovely apartment. I would definitely stay again!

My family and I loved staying at Matt’s place again and we are looking forward to staying at Matt’s place again in the future. Matt’s place is so beautiful, and it is beautifully decorated. It is immaculate , you could eat off the floors . It has everything we needed, it’s so roomy and it has such a warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. The location is beautiful too, Greene is a beautiful town. We had breakfast two times at Bonnies, it was so delicious . The communication with Matt was excellent . I highly recommend Matt’s place , I promise you will enjoy your stay .

great place. Just as advertised. Gym was the most important thing to me when looking for a spot and it did not disappoint. 1000% better than any hotel gym you're gonna find. Just a quick walk up the block and you have a fully functional gym.

The apartment was as advertised, and in a very good location in central downtown Binghamton, and so walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops, the arena. Also, the apt has a good layout, and nice bath towels were provided. I didn't cook - so I can't speak to the kitchen amenities - but it was also clean, as was the bathroom.

Great apartment in a historical building. Our host was friendly and eager to be of assistance. The Airbnb was also offered at an excellent price point. If you’re visiting Deposit / this particular corner of NY, this is a great and affordable option. The unit also had a great kitchen, so if cooking is important to you this is a good option.

Nelson was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. He is walking distance to UHS hospital on the Southwest side of Binghamton. His apartment is clean, comfortable and pet friendly which are all priorities for me.

Heather's place was as described and very close to SUNY Bing campus, which was just what we needed! We had some trouble finding which door it was, but once we were in, it was a great and comfortable place to stay. She was easy to communicate with and we had no issues with her place! Would stay here again!

Incredible stay! Jennifer was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The rental was exactly like the photos and spotless. Feels brand new just like the listing suggests. Water bottles and snacks were provided upon check-in and a nice touch. Sleeping area was peaceful and quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and will likely stay again. Thank you for the stay!

We had an incredible stay at Flagview Lodge!! The apartment is tucked away in the woods, which made it feel quiet and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The space felt welcoming, It was simple, cozy, and just made it easy to relax. The host was amazing! So easy to communicate with. The space felt super private and safe!! Waking up surrounded by trees and nature was such a treat. It felt like a true break from regular life. We had a lot of fun and left feeling really refreshed. Would definitely recommend Flagview Lodge to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!!

A great find for us. Very cute place with a working kitchen. We were there Easter weekend and I was able to cook some things for a family gathering with ease. We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help. We will be back!!

Margie's place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, and it was very homey. There are a lot more kitchen tools and things than I've had in previous Airbnbs, and everything was easy to find. Margie was very kind and responsive when we communicated. We appreciated the breakfast that was provided. The place was very peaceful. We didn't know there was no AC but it was a problem only one night and there were plenty of fans. It was very close to the train but again that was a problem only one night. We enjoyed our stay.
