I had a great stay at Spiceda and Joey’s home in Atlanta! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!

My colleague and I rented Terry’s beautiful and spacious townhome because we were traveling to Atlanta for a conference held at the GWCC. The space was exactly as pictured and couldn’t have been more conveniently located. Less than a block from the Ashby MARTA station, we were only steps and two subway stops away from the GWCC, which made our commutes a breeze. The home is beautifully decorated, lovingly maintained and sparkling clean. The people in the community were warm, friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe. A spacious 3BR/3.5BA in which each bedroom has a private bathroom is a rare find and perfect for sharing with colleagues or friends and family alike. In-unit laundry was convenient, too. The house was well stocked with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable and worry-free. Terry was an amazing host, quick to respond to whatever inquiries we made. It’s obvious he is an experienced and thoughtful host and that he truly cares about his guests’ experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s. There was plenty of room for athe four of us. It was very clean, and we loved having the garage. The location was great for us because it was easy to get to the attractions and MARTA. Elizabeth was great at communicating and providing recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice place, I would stay here again. Felt like home. The place was very clean and had great amenities. I would recommend Elsie’s place. Elsie was easy to communicate with and she was very professional. Elsie went over and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one.

The space was comfortable and plenty of room to accommodate my family. I like that all the bedrooms were able to access plenty of natural light and each room had smart TVs. The beds were comfortable for everyone. I like that their was no carpet on the ground floor and the 1/2 bath downstairs was a great bonus. all amenities were just as described. I would recommend this place and stay again when I'm in the area.

We loved our stay!!! Wonderful house with comfortable beds and nice linens. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this house for its location to absolutely any place you want to visit in Atlanta and the walkable neighborhood! Five stars

Had bad winter weather on our check in day and he let us come up a night early and let us check in whenever we wanted! Super easy to work with highly recommend him and his place!

This place was fabulous! Cool architecture, surprising details-funky lay'out. Private, own garage, secure and safe. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, plenty of blankets, bathroom stocked with combo dispensers. Neat! the location is grear! one can get to downtown in 20mn or so, airport in less time. The biggest drawback were the stairs! 2 flights up to the living area! if you are like me, I ditch the shoes at the door. The pristine wood floors had no dust to grip my step. Carrying luggage up 2 flights with slippy socks is no fun! But all was fogiven when you see the massive tub! Only in one room, but the other bedroom had a nice en suite as well. We were here during early fall, so we didn't take advantage of the porch just off the kitchen. All in all, the place was wonderful. .

We had an amazing stay at this clean and comfortable home during my birthday trip! The house was spotless, the bedding was incredibly cozy, and it was in a great location, close to so many places. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. It truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

A group of five of us stayed at Vanessa's place for work training, which happened to be a five minute drive away so the location could not be beat! There was plenty of space for each of us. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and blankets. We were there during a particularly cold week, and the house was warm and cozy. There were a ton of great restaurants only a few minutes away. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a mom’s weekend and it was SO great! We had lots of space and seating. Good takeout options and amazing walkable restaurants. Super close to a new Publix. Everything was easy to access and the space was relaxing and open. We will be back!!

What a great stay! Place is exactly like photos. Very spacious and clean. Host was very responsive to my questions. The home is close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend if staying north of GA.

Anna’s place was great. Very clean and surrounded by a lot to do. The place is almost a mile from the battery and Cobb Parkway Mall which has plenty of restaurants and shopping. There is a nice coffee shop walking distance and her backyard had a nice to place to hang outside. The fireplace was so nice! We made s’mores and played board games. Truly felt like a nice get away on the perimeter.

This was our second time staying at Bianca’s place because we had such a great experience the first time. It is STILL our favorite Airbnb in Atlanta! Perfect for 2 traveling business partners as we each have our own room and bathroom for privacy, but also a shared space downstairs for meals and collaboration. Bianca’s place was SPOTLESS and the consistently high standards of cleanliness definitely meets (even exceeds) our expectations. Coffee, tea, filtered water, and some condiments were provided, as well as all the basic elements you’d need like utensils, toilet paper, towels, and even bathrobes. The decor is upbeat and uncluttered, the beds were comfy, and it’s relatively quiet at night for sleeping. The neighborhood is walkable with many great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Highly recommend, and hope to stay here again for future Atlanta trips!
