Tori’s place was great :-) Check in was easy & the place was very private even with someone living above. Would stay again if in the area. Cutest patio❣️ To address a couple things in other reviews: (1.) One reviewer said the place had animal smell from previous animals… I don’t believe that was it. When we arrived the windows were open to the yard where Morton lives. (Awesome piggy, btw :-) w/ no a/c, as the weather is not overly hot, but it was plenty humid and the combination of a bit of animal smell from M’s yard + humidity is what I believe the other reviewer was unhappy over. Smell was not even very much, certainly not enough to leave over as she said she did! I simply shut the windows on that side of the apartment & it took care of it! (2.) Yes, the bed is in the “living room” and the living room is in the bedroom area. I don’t know the reason, but it’s not a problem! (3.) The door lock works perfectly! :-) Worth the money! Do book to stay w/ Tori, we were glad we did!

This is the most incredible place we have stayed at. We were both incredibly stressed out after losing a dear friend and mentor and back in our hometown for the funeral. We had the best kind of East Bay weather too, but the place is far from the main house, very quiet, had lots of natural light and windows, and had everything we needed. We got so much peace, rest, and just quiet, and it was exactly what we needed. It was a good place to leave our hometown of Hayward in our rearview as we move on to life elsewhere. The place is brand new and immaculate; the craftwork was spectacular.

John was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed. You can tell he puts effort into making his guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a clean and stress free stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ariana's. My parents, husband, toddler and I were all very comfortable in the space, it was perfect for my family! my daughter loves books and I was SO happy to see the huge shelf of books and so was she! We living room was a great space to spend time together and safe for my curious toddler. The little garden was peaceful and a nice place to relax and the view from the home is beautiful! we would love to stay again if we need to in the future. highly recommend!
