Great place in a nice location. Very quiet and walkable to a good BBQ place around the corner. Close to downtown with a short Uber or drive if you like. Parking is great too with either parking in the driveway or on the street.

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood looked nice, we had no concerns about our safety. There was plenty of parking, and the house was well kept inside and out. Our two night stay was quiet and peaceful. The furniture, beds, and the other amenities were clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. The WIFI and the TV worked great. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and there was plenty of hot water. I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Since we visit Tulsa often, going forward Khai palace will be our first choice for accommodations. Thanks Roi!

This has become our "second home". There is nothing that hasn't been thought of for your needs, right down to a grill on the patio. Everything was spotless, and there were ample kitchen supplies for our longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great hosts!

Loved our stay! place is exactly as described. Nathan was very friendly and went the extra mile to be of help when an issue arose. House is spacious! Loved that all the rooms had TVs. There were even a few games/puzzles available. Nathan maintenance the pool while we were there as it was beautiful weather for relaxing in the pool. We will definitely be back!

What a nice house. Nadir was very pleasant and quick to respond. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We did not explore the area but the neighbors we met were all kind. Thank you Nadir for a wonderful stay!

We had our wedding at Miranda’s home and it was so so beautiful! My guests all loved it! It was quiet and private. The home is large with a perfect entry to have guests use for the eating and to use the bathroom. The outside of the home is absolutely beautiful and the decor inside was perfect. We used the front of her home for our ceremony and it was gorgeous. Miranda and her husband were very accommodating. I want to do it all over again!! 150% recommend to brides or just a great relaxing weekend for a large family.

This apartment is nice, in a nicely maintained building and offers a great value for guests. I really enjoyed a lengthy stay here, really zero complaints, bed was awesome, water was super hot, easy highway access to everywhere- I’d stay here again for sure.

Such a nice apartment in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Beautiful rooftop and decent sized gym. Really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again!

The loft was an exceptional stay. it was easy to find with an easy check in. There are so many different places to eat or grab a drink near by. The loft is within walking distance of so much. The place was also very clean and cozy. Would Derek recommend and hope to return myself in the future.

This place was inclusive of all amenities!! I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything that you need to make anything from muffins to casseroles! The utensils and glassware make it fun to cook for and with your family! Pressure cooker and George Foreman grill!!!?? Yes!! This location is steps away from Riverside where you can walk the Arkansas River and ride scooters/bikes with your family. I would stay here again!!!

What a great stay! Safe and gated apartment complex, coin laundry available, cozy and home-like, perfect for 1-2 people. Aside from a couple of small imperfections that affected the aesthetic, I have no complaints! The host was especially friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect apartment-style location to stay at in the Tulsa area. Clean, roomy and secure. The record player with a box of available old school records was a very nice touch! Really enjoyed listening to that music.

Adam was an outstanding host! The condo is in a wonderful, safe, convenient neighborhood. There is a grocery stores just a couple of blocks away. The condo is a perfect place to stay in Tulsa.
