We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place, very charming old house in a private yet very central location. The views are incredible and the place was cozy and well equipped. Highly recommended

The Bamboo House is a great place for a family getaway or small group of friends. Very private with a lovely garden, and filtered water views. The lounge room in the morning was beautifully sunny! Anita was very helpful with excellent instructions our stay. Corner shops nearby and a short drive to lakes and beaches.

We had a lovely 5 night stay over NYE period. The house has been beautifully renovated and presented and is well equipped with everything you need. We also had one adult in a wheelchair who could access all required areas of the house with ease. The pool was the highlight for us with the accompanying cabana area where we spent most of our time. We did have an issue with the aircon in the main house as it didn’t work efficiently for peak hot summer days. We do suggest the small fridge to be updated in the kitchen to support the minimum 5 night stay and 8 people effectively (not sure if it was a temporary fridge as it’s not the one in the ad). Overall we would recommend and would stay again.

I would move in if I could! I loved how spacious it felt for our 2 families. I stole the granny flat for some quiet time and it was wonderful. The location was great too. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the waves, and the beach was so close that I could pop down any time of the day or night. Whether it was watching the ever changing waves or Nobby’s lighthouse at night or the ships coming in… it was amazing! We travelled often to the Anna Bay Area to visit the Koala Sanctuary, swim with stingrays at Irukandji Shark and Ray sanctuary and for a camel ride on the beach. We also caught the ferry to Newcastle and spent a day at the ocean baths, finishing off with pizza at Queens Wharf… beautiful! Our youngest family member even stated “This is my favourite hotel!”

Have stayed here several times. Geoff's place is always very clean, well-equipped, lovely and quiet and spacious. We will be staying again.

Such a gorgeous little cottage. Spacious and well decorated, you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. It has everything you need, the backyard is perfect for pooches and the located is walkable to local cafes. 12 minutes from wineries it was such a great place for our weekend away for a concert.

We had the most amazing weekend at Donna’s place, Turtles. The apartment was clean, well- equipped, spacious, light and bright. The location was perfect for beach access and lovely panoramic views. Donna was polite and friendly in all interactions, responding quickly and providing detailed instructions. We will most definitely be returning to Turtles at Caves Beach, thanks so much Donna!!

We have been travelling for 2 weeks and this was our favourite place so far! Great value for money, the apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. You could easily cook a basic meal if you wanted to but why would you when you can go down stairs to one of the many restaurants! Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Pool was downstairs was great, beach access literally downstairs was even better. Everything was clean and comfortable and Bernadette was friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to return in the future, 2 days wasn’t nearly enough

We had an amazing stay at Steve's place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome chocolate and local recommendations. The communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we would love to stay here again!

Bianca's place is very comfortable, super clean, very colourful and interesting decor and in a good location. I really enjoyed my stay there and appreciated the aircon on days which were in the mid to high 30s. I had a lovely stay.

Unfortunately we had to cancel due to power outages with storms. Kim could not have been more helpful she fully refunded. I sincerely hope we can visit her soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the unit. The unit was spacious, clean, everything we needed was there, 2 carparks were great, the view of the harbour was fantastic & there are several restaurants & cafes nearby. The only problem was a noise could be heard in the main bedroom until late at night. We advised management & they responded & found it was a noise from an exhaust fan in the restaurant below. The noise ceased at 10 pm from then on.

We stayed at Connie's place for a week (with dog) and it was a great base for all of us. It is a very large open plan unit that is comfortable, spacious and secure. It is a unique place to stay, furnished beautifully inside and out. The courtyards are enormous! The local area is fantastic - 2 minutes walk to the harbour front, restaurants, bars, tram ... everything is close by. Contact with Connie was easy, as was check-in and car parking. We'd be very happy to stay here again!
