Perfect people and place

Alessandro's place is in a great location. it is surrounded by mountains, which gives a certain charm. We wanted to hike in the dolomites and the location was perfect for that. There are several restaurants in the area as well. Alessandro was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would recommned this property.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! A wonderful house, perfect for a relaxing! Everything was amazing, especially the jacuzzi during the cold weather 😍 The hosts were incredibly welcoming and had thought of every detail. The house has everything you might need and even more. It’s cozy, clean and very comfortable. We’ll definitely come back!

Ezio and Giulia's welcome were beautiful and punctual, they explained everything to us and were always available. Beautiful place, wonderful home and hot tub. In the morning we left to go skiing 35 minutes from the house, in Folgaria, and we were back in the evening. Heating, amenities, cleanliness, decor, and many great options! Definitely worth coming back. And also a lot of space outside for our dog.

Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. We felt very comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and wellness area were still the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. Gorgeous place to stay, very comfortable, plenty of space and well set up kitchen. If relying on public transport can catch bus or tram to a stop in the village which is very easy and there is a good network of local buses. Ski room on site which made it very handy. Lovely peaceful village and everyone including our hosts were very friendly and helpful. There is a small grocery store up the street which is well stocked and very handy. Recommend the Cafe Pub Vivai in the village for a good burger and convivial atmosphere.

We had a wonderful vacation in this luxurious home which is designed with beauty and sophistication. The pool and the backyard peaceful and green. The proximity to the village center makes everything so easy. Claudia , the host, was always attentive. Kaltern is a sweet place. don't miss a swim in Caldaro Lake!

Weekend in 2 families with 4 children, very functional house. Very spacious garden perfect for children to play as it is in a secluded area without traffic.

Beautiful simple apartment that was ideal for us as a base for our daily motorcycle tours. In the yard there is a long carport where cars and motorcycles can be stored. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna area very much. It should be borne in mind that there is no air conditioning at high temperatures, so it gets very warm in the apartment. We had a very nice week at the place and would come back anytime. Thanks also to the host

We were very lucky that we got a small apartment through a cancellation. Two days before our arrival, the check-in was explained to us, so we were able to check in easily and without further help at the time we chose. The apartment is decorated in vintage style. We personally felt very comfortable there. Both from the bedroom and from the living room you can walk through two floor tiles windows to the small terrace and to the pool. From the terrace you have a great view of Merano. By day and at night just fantastic. The pool is very nice and filled with special water. You have a very soft skin after bathing. Also the pool is very nicely located below the apartment. There are sun loungers and if the other guests are not bothered, it is also no problem if the dog is waiting next to the pool for its owner. The landlords are very nice, always available. Only the kitchen is almost too small for cooking

We stayed at casa Montana which is on the second floor with a large terrace with a magnificent views. We also liked the views from the kitchen table just next to the window. The apartment is modern clean and very well equipped. We especially liked the shower which was big and a good stream of hot water. Very good heating, a lot of storage space a cute living room with chaise-long sofa in front of the TV ideal for evenings at home. In short the apartment looked better than the photos. Above all stood out Katya the host. She was proactive and immediately upon arrival sent suggestions for restaurants, walks, grocery shopping and medical assistance. When we had an issue with the heating she went out of her way to resolve it immediately. 10 out 10.

The apartment description exactly matches what's next. The house is comfortable and cozy although very minimal. The three floors of stairs can be a limit, but then the view from the house pays off a bit of effort. The two bathrooms are extremely comfortable and beautiful, both equipped with a shower. I found the pots part a little too essential and the same for the bath linens ( no small towels and only one shower mat for two bathrooms) but this certainly did not affect the pleasure of enjoying a home that is certainly one of the most beautiful we stayed in. Thank you to Alberto for your promptness and courtesy in answering any questions. Too bad we didn't meet him in person, but I hope there's another chance to come back.

Travelling as a family of 4with 2adult children, the apartment was perfect: clean, orderly, lots of space and a perfectly functional kitchen. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Great place to enjoy an aperitivo after challenging hikes. Our host Ulli was impecable: respectful, helpful, generous. We certainly felt as if we were at home. Her jam and apple strudel were delicious and much appreciated. we even had bread delivered to our door every morning thanks to the orders Ulli placed for us. Ulli suggested some great hikes and places to eat. The location is great and offers a very good starting point to explore the beautiful dolomites!! we'd definitely return!

We loved Michele, the apartment, and the location right from the start. Lovingly decorated, neat and clean. All to our best satisfaction. A week in quiet surroundings with everything you need for a stay in your own four walls. A recommended starting point for lots of activities nearby or further afield. From the heart five stars.

Mariastella is a very sociable and helpful person. I was made to feel warm and everything was perfect. The apartment is well organized and we (5 people) were comfortable.

The old farmhouse left nothing to be desired. We were immediately very comfortable there. The hosts were super helpful and very friendly. Those who love nature and tranquility and a magnificent view are in the right place. Destinations are easily accessible by car. We can only recommend this wonderful place

I spent Christmas here for the second time, I am delighted with both the apartment itself and the surroundings. For me, the proximity of walking areas was very important, which in the case of this apartment is a hit. You live a few dozen meters from mountain walking and trekking trails with great views. Since I spend my vacation with my two beloved dogs, this amenity is a revelation for them. Ski slopes and lifts are 10 - 15 minutes away by car. There are slopes of Alpe Cermis, Latemar or Moena - Lusia within reach. Ski trails are always well-prepared, long with varying degrees of difficulty. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!
