Giuliana and Giorgio are exquisite, friendly and always available people. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the center of Trento, really convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. Very clean and equipped with all comforts!

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

We definitely loved the place. It is perfect for a couple who seeks independence and being close to La Villa’s lift and equipment rental shops. It’s also walking distance from the local CONAD supermarket and pharmacy.

It was the first that with my family, I looked into the world of trekking and having two young girls (respectively 6 and 3 years old), I was looking for a fairly autonomous solution that would allow me to try to make nice excursions, but at the same time spend good moments of tranquility. Well, from Victoria and Vita we found the perfect combination. Excursions starting right from their residence, so at your fingertips and without having to take the car, and for relaxation the adjacent lake with its strictly free beaches and the comfortable indoor pool that can be used 24 H. there's convenient indoor parking. Among the spaces of their manicured garden we find two equipped barbecue areas, a children's play area and a ping pong table. The place was exactly as described, clean and equipped with everything you need for the bathroom, kitchen,sheets and towels. And for any questions, the hosts are always kind and available. We had a great time!

My wife, baby, and I recently had the pleasure of staying in your remarkable 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Italian Dolomite's. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enamored by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of your accommodation. Your apartment's location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

Very nice upstairs apartment with balcony overlooking the mountains. Good amenities in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Clean and without unnecessary stuff. The practical parking space in the underground parking lot, from where the apartment is easily accessible, completes the feel-good package. The school across the street has a break between 10-11am, there is of course noise but otherwise there is no inconvenience due to the location. Very convenient are also the two shopping facilities, one about 10, the other maybe 100 meters away from the apartment access.

This apartment is amazing! It has been beautifully designed. We really enjoyed having the two separate bedrooms with two baths. Our favorite part was being able to walk down the stairs from the apartment right into the center of town of Ortisei. It was so convenient for exploring the shops and hiking of the mountain. It is also very close to a grocery market.

A great place to relax and take advantage of the region's winter attractions. A big plus for comfortable beds and cleanliness. Elisabeth was very helpful. It's a good idea to stay here.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

Good equipped small apartment. Comfortable location as you can reach all the most popular locations in Dolomites in 1 - 1,5h by car.

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was just a dream, very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool is simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would always stay with you again, there was simply nothing missing. Your homemade honey and delicious schnapps were also very tasty. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

We had really enjoyed staying at Carlo's apartment. Steps away from small marina, beautiful park right by the Lake Garda and breathtaking mountain views. Real cherry on the top was relaxing evenings in a private sauna and hot tub. Carlo was always fast to reply with polite and helpful messages. This place is a real gem and we would highly recommend it to all fellow travellers.

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

Hermann is a great host. The check was flexible and smooth, there was an instruction for whirl pool and sauna. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything your heart desires. Hermann is always available and responds quickly. It was a very great vacation!

We felt very comfortable from one second. Everything was explained to us directly at check-in and we were given tips for activities. The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. I booked the apartment for 2 days, to enjoy the view and take a few walks. The apartment exceeded the expectations I had from the photos. Spacious environment, possibility to adjust the temperature based on the cold, full kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and impeccable spaces, not to mention the beauty of the upper floor with a hot tub, a dream... The icing on the cake was the flexibility of check-in, since it was at 3:00 p.m. but we had the chance to enter as early as 11:00 a.m. Thank you for everything Claudia
